Good location”
Located in the city, walking distance to major attractions. Parking was easy right beside the hotel but fee is quite hefty for overnight parking. Very clean room seems like the hotel had recently refurbished. Staffs were really friendly, requested to make the sofa bed for my kids and they didn’t take long to get it settle. Good breakfast and dining area.

Very clean, staff showed great hospitality. One thing needs to be noticed is that it has a hole on the ground in front of this hotel — I got my ankle twisted severely when I walked looking at the google map. I think the hotel should have put a sign there.

Location, Room size”
I could found everything I wanted in this hotel such as lift, breakfast, car park (even there is no its own car park but I got the discount from the hotel). The room including bathroom was big and tidy. I saw the river from my room. I could walk to the main attractions within 10 minutes

Great location! Immaculate hotel ”
This Hilton hotel is right in the heat of Bath City. Also they had disabled parking which is so important for me. Everything about our stay was perfect! A Very clean room great bathroom, and a very good choice for buffet breakfast. Staff we amazing, they couldn’t do enough for me and my sister. We will return, and I’m looking forward to seeing the refurb, which is currently under way. Thank you Hilton!

We stayed in a King room overlooking the river The room was comfortable and clean, although the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner .All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good . It was buffet style with Plenty of choice. The hotel was modern and airy . Plenty of seating areas. Discounted parking in the underground car park .

Great location, staff were excellent ”
Hotel is in a great location, spacious rooms. Only fault was the sofa bed, extremely uncomfortable, maybe ok for small children but definitely not for older children/adults. Staff were excellent. We stayed on a Saturday night which obviously you pay a premium, but rather on the expensive side.

Old facilities but clean, the room is big English style breakfast available only 10 mins walk to Bath Abbey A big convenience store downstairs Staff is nice and helpful Wifi not too stable Parking is expensive but price is fair that, 17.5 pounds per overnight

Great location, needs attention to detail”
Perfectly located in the centre of Bath. Only disappointment was I was expecting a higher level of cleanliness, especially with the ongoing pandemic. There were stains/marks on the bathroom door which I wiped off with one of the supplied disinfectant wipes, also a layer of dust on the bed head. Window in our original room would not close and we were quickly moved to an upgraded room so top marks for customer service.

Not the best, but location is good.”
Was under renovation when I was there. Didn’t get the room that we wanted, so they offered so other options. Went to the room and the toilet bowl was badly choked. The nice gentleman staff tried to rectify the issue for us, but I guessed the condition of it was pretty bad. Offered to change us to a better room, and we have no complain about it after that. Provided us with three complementary house drinks as a form of service recovery . Overall good experience because of the the nice staff.

chose Hilton for its proximity to the town centre, walking distance to almost all the places which you want to see in Bath. Room was quite small but has a nice river view so that is a big plus. Front reception service was good and quick and the guys there were friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall it is a pretty old building and the furnishing is not quite like the Hilton chain brand quality. As I said, the front reception guys stood out, assets to the hotel.

Family room for 4 people ”
Be aware if you are booking a 4 person ‘family room’ that it is exactly the same layout as a 3 person room. There is one large king bed and 1 sofa bed which at best could cope with 2 under fives, but certainly not two fully grown adults! It was not suitable for 4 people and shocking that you pay more for 4 when the room for 3 is exactly the same! The staff were as helpful as they could be but the hotel was fully booked so we ended up with a mattress on the floor as a fourth bed! Do question when booking this room!

Tired hotel undergoing much needed refurbishment ”
Great location with car park right next to it. Hotel currently undergoing a much needed refurbishment programme so there’s no proper bar at the moment, which didn’t work very well when we were due to be meeting friends in the bar. Staff were nice, friendly and polite. Once the works have been done, it will be a reasonable hotel in a great location. We felt it was expensive as the price was high for a very average hotel.
