good business hotel connected to west end mall”
hotel has some of the best views, but its a tourist location. this hotel, the west end hilton is a classic business hotel in the heart of the city connected to the west end shopping mall and close to the train station. rooms are good, and the hotel is not that big so it is manageable.a decent city hotel, which was priced reasonably on agoda.

Mixed feeling about this hotel”
The staff in the morning was quite cold but the night staff was professional and friendly. The location was a bit of walk from main tourist attraction but right beside a nice shopping mall with good food. The room was decent but didn't even have mineral water. The breakfast was really average and not worth the price. In the end, don't know whether I should praise the hotel or not.

Far & Not Friendly”
Hotel is overall great with clean rooms. For so much you pay, you still doesn't get a complimentary WIFI service in-room. Why Hilton? The only way you can get the WIFI is to hog the seat at the lobby which make life difficult. The check-in is somewhat terrible as the staff doesn't makes you feel like a guest but like take it or leave it attitude. Just, please be more friendly. Smile doesn't cost. I just hope this is not happen just for asian guest. The distance to the main attraction is somehow quite far for this hotel. Not much to praise about except the clean room.

Had to cancel our booking g due to a medical emergency in Singapore. Hilton staff told us the would not charge Agoda for the cancellation and Agoda should refund us or give us a credit for our payment. Very happy with the Hilton staff service to us at a stressful time.

disappointing for a Hilton”
low quality for a Hilton. disinterested staff who appear to think that customers are in the way. the location is close to the tram/trains and the shopping centre attached means that most things can be bought quite easily. the rooms are a good size though the bathroom shower produced water with a horrible smell. despite the loaction being so close to my office i would be unlikely to use this hotel again
