Rooms are beautifully designed”

I haven’t stayed at a Hilton in 30 years. This Hilton is nice. The rooms is very tastefully designed. Very nice bath tub. Great that they have a Starbucks in building. Very close to the mall to buy stuff as well. Would recommend and would book again

Very good”

Hilton Danang is located 2 blocks away from HAN market. This location is 45 min drive away from Ba Na Hills/Ho an city. The front desk staff is very helpful and honest with fluent English speaking. Do Not use Taxi and trishaw bike in Vietnam because they are not honest. Use GRAB App is the best to go around town and Ho an. You could pay cash to the CRAB driver and you known the price/ driver and the car license plate number before your ride. All 3 main airports in Vietnam provide good wifi connection. Do not forget the fresh and good price seafoods before you leave Danang.

Very loud noise from the construction site next door. My windows glass was terribly dirty. Pool is very small for a big hotel like Hilton.

Noisy but no fault of the Hotel”

Hotel staff are wonderful and as are Vietnamese people. Service is great. Problem is that there is construction happening right in front of the hotel just outside foyer which is an eye sore. Then there is noise and through no fault of the hotel but there is a nightclub just outside the hotel. It kept me up. When you pay premium, you don't want all that. The manager offered to waive cost of hot drinks and also paid for our leaving hot drinks which was a lovely gesture. So for me, I wouldnt pay premium for reasons explained above. But hotel and staff are great.

Fantastic Service”

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Room was ready before the usual check in time and they upgraded us to a higher floor to take in some of the views. All staff were brilliant and cleanliness and facilities of this hotel was very very good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

All of the staff are very helpful. Kayli, a hotel staff, is exceptional. She went extra miles to help us with our sim card and currency exchange. The hotel is close to Han market. The hotel also has taxi arrangements to various tourist places.

Serious Noise Pollution from the bar next to Hilton Danang”

There are serious noise pollution from the bar next to Hilton Danang at the mid-night! I made a complaint to front desk around 11:45 pm and they just said the bar normally close at 2:00am, and nothing they can do. The front desk staff offered me to have room moving to higher floor (16/F) but no electricity in that room, then I go down and talked to the front desk staff again, and she offered another room at 21/F to me, but no electricity in that room too. It’s really annoying that I have to move room 2 time and no electricity in both rooms! After 10 minutes, the engineer turn on the air-con and lightning for me. I eventually settled down at 21/F at 12:45am, but the room type is totally different from what I booked & paid. And the noise pollution just a little bit better than at 5/F originally.

Booked 2 King beds and High Floor. Upon Arrival Reception confirmed room type twin beds. Then require to wait for 10 mins. Room has been assigned on 6th floor and it is Handicap and Connecting room. Bad first impression. As a hotelier this should not happen in 5 stars property.

Just a little annoyance by the neighbor construction site and a very noisy from the nightclub at the opposite of hotel

Regarding to the construction site's noise and the local nightclub, we are really sorry that you found this issue is effected your stay. However, your words are openly received as we are currently involved with communications to local authorities to help reduce any disturbance to our guest experience. It is however a matter that we cannot confirm will be resolved within the immediate future, therefore we try to provide alternative measures to keep our guests comfortable when needed.
