Just be careful about the price..it adds up..cost of room plus resort fee $25 plus valet $30 plus hotel tax. It ends up to be a lot more than just cost of room.

Good location , near arcade and pier. Property is big but old and have to pay extra for self parking $21 a day. In room no slipper provided.

North Tower has no phone service (Verizon). Their internet was very spotty. Hotel had too little staff to accommodate Amway convention. The check in area was always 50 plus people full filling up the lobby area. To get a Starbucks was a 40 min wait. Hotels needs an upgrade. Oh and don’t leave your flip flops while you take a walk. Apparently somebody just felt they could take them. If you are looking for classy this place isn’t it. Not even close

Check in process was horrible. Trash cans inside were all overflowing. Outdated and pealing wallpaper. Location is great. Have stayed many times in the past but was very disappointed this time.

They have 3 computer and none of them work needed to print some paperwork, and was not able. Had to pay at the Fed office they have inside hotel, waited for IT personal no one showed up. But they charge me the resort fee.

rm 337 does not have view of pool , pool rail yes but you cannot see pool , ocean yes , beautiful view , bathroom smelled like shit , pure shit , and windows had fingerprints and now prints , had to park car two blocks away and $20 a night

I’m sorry but I’m extremely disappointed and I can’t believe that I did not have a choice due to circumstances of our stay to just go to the Hilton inn or anything else I bet guests would feel that they are valued and I have been disrespected and mistreated by the sales person and then her female shift sup and the manager on duty finalize my experience with the worsening way and his extreme unprofessional attitude towards the situation

Worst hotel ever. Long lines for vallet parking and then also long line to check in the hotel. Very bad service: the guy in the front desk sent me to a wrong side of the hotel. The vallet parking costs $40 a night. And normal parking, a block away, costs $30 a night. Have in mind that you will pay for either one of them on top of your room price. Wifi works intermittently. When and if it works… They will charge you a daily fee for some “amenities” I did not want… but the wifi is part of them, so you will end up having to pay for that charge anyways. No answer when you call “room service”… Even though the hotel’s web page says it works until 10pm everyday. I called costumer service and they told me that room service is not working. Bathtub was dirty. Never coming back to this hotel.

Do no understand why previous reviews say that the Hilton hotel and Daytona Beach are in poor condition?? We enjoyed our stay there. To many people try to judge everything by Disney World standards. I would go back again....

The Hilton was an excellent choice. The valet team was above average, the rooms were clean, the room attendant was polite and helpful. The front desk wasn't very friendly, but they weren't rude either. The location and grounds were perfect. I ordered a room with the ocean view and it was well worth the extra money. *** Watch out for those fees!!! I booked my stay via Google's search and found several good prices in the area. This room was a little above average but I expected from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, after putting the room in the cart and entering my card information I noticed some small print indicating there was a 15.00 a day fee at the hotel. When I got to the hotel there was an extra 17.00 a day parking fee. All of the extra fees generated tax fees which in total added an extra 170.00 to a four-night stay. The stay was worth the money. Just look out for the fees.

Not really an excellent stay ……. City view rooms are just kind of blah! Other hotels offer nicer rooms for less $$$. You cannot beat the location though. Other hotels popping up right near them though that will challenge their location. IMO the Hilton will need to step up its game.

way too expensive for this rehashed Adams Mark Hotel. Parking is very expensive. The weekend we stayed there it was loaded with national soccer team game with 50 + teams there. Loud etc The beachfront is great but you can do better for lots less money. Wireless internet in your room is extra.

Worst Hilton room”
While this property is in a prime location, our run was horrible for the price. My city view was actually a rooftop view. The shower had rust spots all over and tiles falling off the wall. And the safe didn't work either.

Bathroom was not clean, hair and dirt was on the floor. The room was not equipped with a refrigerator. The staff did try to make other arrangements to move us to another room at an extra $100.00 per night charge. I stayed in the room after cleaning it myself. We were offered a complimentary breakfast for our troubles. Very disappointed.
