Decent
Good location and great staff but the hotel as a whole is no where near worth the money they are asking for especially as a 4 star hotel now

Disapointed
So Crowded, Elevators delay, Slow Check in & out
Not bad but when I arrived the elevators was out of services and we used the staff elevator for all residence.

Very clean, friendly, cost effective comfortable
Proximity to the beach, comfort, cleanliness
We will definitely be coming again - the staff were very helpful (especially housekeeping team -Kieran and Cristan), the hotel was clean, beds very comfortable, ON the beautiful beach, with lovely loungers, fantastic pool. Lovely walks and close to metro and Dubai Marina too. Very very relaxing stay - wish we were staying here on our return journey too.

- Bugs in the bathroom room - very loud noises from other guests (connected room to room) on 15 Non 2015 - coffee machine not working - bathroom does not meet expectations or standards of a 5 star hotel

Location and the private beach
Staff during check in were not that helpful and was very slow. Breakfast at the crave needs lots of varieties and service staff do not respond quickly.

Unforgettable stay
Great rooms, great food esp the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast and grocery store very close by.
This was the best stay I had amongst the many trips to Dubai.

Comfy bed, great view, awesome location
The staff was just average because they were not friendly and helpful. The view was great with a clean room, soft bed, and good pool.

Was a little disappointed at first because I've stayed here before and in was in the "resort" section, didn't realise they had extended it to over the road, but was pleased to be given an upgrade to a lovely suite.
