Great amenities at property and surrounding area. Clean nice size rooms. I had the whirlpool tub. It worked wonderfully. Worth the few extra dollars. Pool still open!

Great location if you have activities around Alana Weatherby downtown the outskirts you’re literally in the middle of all the highway areas by Atlantic Station you are by Peachtree not too far from other locations in Midtown like the Ponce de Leon area

What in the world???”
We made reservations for a room with 2 queen beds because we are a family of 4. When we opened the door to our room there was only one king size bed. What in the world! How are we all supposed to cram all of us in one bed? There was 3 other families that were in the same situation as us and one family opened their door and it was already occupied. We asked to speak with the manager. The very rude desk attendant walked into the the office that was 10 feet from where I was standing and walked straight back out and said he was unavailable and would NOT speak with us or anyone else. He was unwilling to help us resolve any of our problems. We spent the next 30 minutes trying to find another hotel. I spoke with Denise at Hilton Honors and she was AMAZING! She helped secure another room at Home2 Suites just down the street. She was so apologetic and professional. After a 6+ hour drive with children, we just wanted to be in our room. The attendant at Home2 was awesome! Things work out the way they are supposed to!

COVID Conflicted”
After talking to other travelers to an event in the city which usually brings in 10's of thousands... It seems like this is not isolated to this location and a corporate mandate to recover. I think Atlanta and some hotels are recovering and conserving from the COVID hit. It seems to be different state to state. They are help when you ask, but they are conserving in expenses and services and people are "lean."

Staff not at par.”
No housekeeping for 8 days ! Not even one call from reception asking about anything. When asked at the reception, they lied about no breakfast and had an attitude. Now this was the last straw. Usually I am never a person to review so distastefully. Just one goody bag given at the end of the 8th day when their folly was questioned. Not acceptable from a Hilton.

This hotel is a motel. The staff was nasty and refused to allow me to speak with a manager, hotel was dirty and old and looked nothing like the pics or what was offered

Horrible service and over priced for the room, rude staff and very disorganized. My room floor was super wet and they double charged my card
