Location very convenient and close to 2 big supermarket and a big mall ! Excellent room rate with good quality. Provided that you should have a car~ Satisfy for the whole process but check experience not good and a bit unpleasant because of front desk staff unable to speak fluent english that i can't believe it. Their english is poor and only be able to speak a single word of english.

Good experience with mixed service”
We booked this hotel after reading all the other reviews. It is a Hilton brand hotel, but don't expect it to be to the same high quality standard of other Hiltons. The rooms a big, nice and clean and for the price that we paid it was a good find considering hotels at this level are expensive in the main city area. Location was not a problem. There is a bus stop about 5 min walk from Hilton on the main road and a large supermarket near the bus stop. We didn't notice it till the second day we were there. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. Just had one not so good experience when asking for cutlery for the room. But I would still stay here again if the price is the same.

Very nice location with easy access to metro and few stops away from Florence city centre. It is also in quiet area so I have good rest when I needed it. Gym was adequate but breakfast choice in hotel is very limited. Went to nearby cafe for breakfast for very good canoli.

Long time to check in, being moved around”
It was unpleasant arrival. We didn't even stay at the hotel, but was moved to Hilton Florence Metropole which was claimed to be much better. While when I checked the price on Agoda, it was not that much of a difference. We already arrived, then was told to move. Upon arrival at Hilton Metropole, we were told that we would stay there for only 1 night then move back to Garden Inn. I was shocked. I told the receptionist that was a waste of my time. Eventually after waiting for 45 minutes, then we were allowed to stay there for the 3 nights of our stay.

Excellent hotel and decent location - close to tram stop”
The hotel is very well kept and clean. The rooms are clean, big, and with lots of natural light and a big wall-sized mirror. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the tram stop (about 5 mins walking) and it's only like a 15 minute ride or so to the city center. There is also a shopping mall located within 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel. It has several restaurants to choose from, clothing stores, and even a supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is ok”
The staff are nice ，room is just ok, big enough. Have free park, city tax is 4.5 euo for one person per night. Bus 22 can take you to most places, not far from hotel. Breakfast is good.

Decent option on the outskirts of Florence”
I only stayed one night during a business trip. I was looking for a clean room with a decent bed to sleep on and fast Internet as I had a lot of email to catch up on. The hotel served its purpose. The location is outside the city and access wasn't too difficult by car. It was also very reasonably priced. However, it is not a place that I would go with my wife, nor is it somewhere that I would go if I were traveling as a tourist and interested in sightseeing as it isn't in a great location.

Not worth staying”
We were somehow late due to delay in flight and made up at the hotel at 9:30 PM, while check-in asked the receptionist if we can get a glass of water as my wife is pregnant and she was too tired got a rude reply you can take the tea water kept over there. Seriously? The bathroom door wasn't closing, when i say close I mean it room 133. Try it out your self . So much noise in the room doesn't look like if it was a Hilton property. Not satisfied at all with the stay. While moving out the receptionist asked me do you want to a taxi, i said no i would take a bus please give me 2 tickets (i was paying for the tickets) and she replied we are finished with the bus tickets. lol Not a way to treat the customers. Will make sure to stay away from Hilton from next time.
