My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights post arrival at the airport in Covid time. This is a pretty good quarantine hotel as the services and facilities that are open make it easier for people who have to stay in and wait for results. One of the restaurants was open sporadically but the other two main ones opened constantly. In addition, there are also a cafe and pool side bar & grill that are open during the day and a bar open at night. Will have to say we are quite impressed by the varieties of things still open in this uncertain times especially comparing to other places we have stayed. The pools are quite fun to play in and we had a very good time by the poolside everyday. Because of covid the entire resort is kind of empty so ample spaces / sun lounges around. Room decoration is a bit old which is kind of understandable considering this is probably one of the first hotels on the island. We didn’t mind the slightly dated feeling of the room. Some staff members are very kind and warm but some are a bit aloof so not sure whether it’s cultural differences or just someone having a bad day?? Overall, for the money we paid, we both think it’s a good deal and really appreciated the quietness and peace.
