Tweaking ”

Staff, remodel coming well but not complete, iocation

Had a nice stay (all in all) for being the first time at a Hilton. Was upgraded to a suite but it had no shower curtain, trash receptacle, Sheetrock dust and chips on floor around base board and in AC vent. Noise from traffic very loud (sound proof windows) more ( there are companies who do that) heat didn't work but AC did. Room very comfortable but it seemed it should have been double checked by management before being out in service.

Location, Front Office Staff and Brand.

Stay overall was good. However Housekeeping is lazy. You have to push them to do their work. There was no proper Do-Not-Disturb sign...had to ask for one....so house keeping use to come in the morning....once even without knocking! Once due to be sleeping in till late...they never cleaned my room...the excuse was i said i was sleeping and to come later....so they skipped me.
