Good Location - Nice Place To Stay - Good Price (including Breakfast) - Friendly Employees
TV is such an old model . . .

If you would like to spend your vacation, I think Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Hua Hin / Cha-am is a good choice to stay; reasonable price, location, service, facilities, swimming pool, ocean view room . . . I could be able to walk around the hotel area where surrounding with Local Shop - Local Restaurant, especially seafood restaurant. If I have a chance to visit Hua Hin / Cha-am once again, I think I will stay at Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa Hua Hin / Cha-am. Thank you . . .

Fabulous hotel experience”

Gorgeous hotel, huge rooms (great for prams, cots and all things children!), excellent service, reasonable food / drink prices, awesome range of facilities including gym, squash and tennis courts, stunning resort pool (with kids slippery slide!), ideally located right in the centre of everything and also right on the beach.
Ridiculously expensive internet, even on the hotel lobby computers. No shade over the kids (or any) pool which made it too hot for us to use during the day with a small child.

This is a fabulous hotel with everything you could ask for, on the beach and right in the centre of everything - and best yet, at a reasonable price! I was a little dubious about staying at a Hilton as their hotels around the world are very inconsistent in quality but the Hilton Hua Hin is a completely different and wonderful experience compared to any other I've seen anywhere. We would stay there again in a heartbeat if we're ever back in Hua Hin - it's great for kids and adults alike, there's something for everyone. The only downside is the over the top prices for internet, which is a little disappointing. I still fail to understand why so many smaller, cheaper and boutique hotels can offer free wifi, yet the more you pay for a hotel, the more you end up having to pay for internet on top of the room rate. Go figure. That aside, our experience at the Hilton was awesome and we're looking forward to going back there when our daughter is a little older and can enjoy all the kids activities on offer.

Best Location, modern rooms, great for families”

Location, amenities for children, beach views and access, modern clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet

We were traveling with our almost 2 year old son and newborn daughter. Anyone with small kids knows that it's hard to have a relaxing vacation. The Hilton is wonderful for families with small children. The play room (Kids Club) is a wonderful amenity for something to keep them occupied. There is also a Kid's Corner with a tv/video player and toys in the restaurant, which enabled us to enjoy our breakfast every morning. The pool is really large, including the kiddie pool and there is a water slide, which our 2 year old loved to go down with one of us. The location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect. It is located on a street with so many restaurant options and within walking distance to the night market. Overall, it is very easy to get anywhere in Hua Hin from the Hilton. Tuk Tuks are probably the most convenient way to get around and charge a flat rate of 100 baht within central Hua Hin. The rooms are very nice, clean and modern with beautiful ocean views. The room service menu includes a kid's menu with entrees for $5-$6. This was extremely convenient for us as it was easier to feed our son at the hotel before going out for any of the local fare.

Excellent Hotel in Hua Hin”

Location - Excellent rooms and facilities - First class service with a smile throughout.
Very Slow elevators The Beach is not easily accessible for wheel chairs.

The Hilton is an excellent choice in Hua Hin. It is right in the middle of the town centre and within walking distance from almost anywhere in town. It occupies a prime location on the seaside, has a nice beach and superb swimming pools. I stayed in a Pacific suite (room 210) on the second floor and I couldn't have asked for a better location or room. The room was very spacious(80 sqm) and had a large corner terrace that overlooks the pools and the beach. The room was well furnished and the bathroom was also spacious with separate shower room. The floor of the shower room was slippery with no saftey handrail to hold onto, so be careful. Service throughout the hotel was as you would expect in Thailand, i.e. efficient, friendly and with a smile. The breakfst buffet was more than adequate and the Italian resturant is worth trying. Just step outside the hotel and you will have endless varities of restuarnts. I recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again if I visit Hua Hin again.

Outstanding Hotel”

Fantastic staff. Great room. Very clean.

Well, I have stayed at many hotels in Thailand, but this was my first time in Hua Hin. We were split between the Hilton and Sofitel, but ended up going with Hilton. Very happy we did. The Club Floor Rooms are excellent, and we really enjoyed the club floor perks. My wife conspired with the Club Floor staff and surprised me for my birthday with an ice cream cake from Swensens. The complimentary drinks and munchies are nice, and the view is great. The only bad thing I will say is about our experience with the Hua Hin Brewing Co, which is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. The staff was very shorthanded and we had a difficult time getting service and waited a long time for the check. So we left. Don't let this put you off staying here as this was an isolated incident and everything else was fantastic.

Best location in Hua Hin”

Terrific pool area to laze the day away.

messed up my booking and contacted me to say the room was not available. They had already taken my money on credit card and wanted me to pay extra to upgrade. After a bit of discussion, admitting it was a problem at their end, thay gave me an upgrade at their expense. Had to push a little but well done to them for helping out. Typical Hilton service, very nice all round. Hotel is now showing a few signs of age but overall, I can't complain. The best location in Hua Hin, walk across the road to the nightlife, markets and restaurants. Stay in your room for beautiful views up the coastline to Cha Am or from the other side of the hotel to Khao Takiab. (I prefer the Cha Am view and would always request it in future bookings).

Nice hotel, but don't use ATM across the street”

Good breakfast buffet, good location, roof bar

We enjoyed it a lot. The location was great to wander around Hua Hin. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the rooftop bar is great place to watch the sun go down and the city lights come on. Hua Hin itself does not have much to offer other than very good local seafood. I think it is most suitable for Bangkok locals and expats to get away from a weekend. The nearby winery is definitely worth a visit. DON'T USE THE ATM DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET. I used it once to get cash and it was the only time I used this particular card within month either side of the time I used it. Shortly afterwards I had a couple fraudulent withdrawals on the card from Pakistan, where I have never been before. If you are going to Hua Hin and want to wander around the narrow streets, this is probably the best place to stay, and definitely has the best views from the roof top bar which was never crowed when we were there.

A grand and centrally located hotel”

Very conveniently located

This hotel is located in the town centre of Hua Hin. It is only a few minutes walk from the night market and the mini van station for Bangkok. Although the hotel is over 10 years old, it is well maintained and managed. The service is marvellous and the staff are warm and polite. On the recommendation of the reception staff, I paid a few hundred dollars more per night to upgrade to the Executive room. This was really value for money because I could enjoy a wide range of privileges, including more spacious (?) room on the higher floors, free breakfast in the Executive Lounge on the top floor with unbeatable sea and city view, free fruit and drink all day long, free afternoon tea, and free cocktail in the happy hours. This hotel would definitely be my first choice if I come to Hua Hin again and I would surely recommend it and the Executive package to any of my friends.

Perfect holiday getaway.”

Location, amenities and staff performance.

Perfect holiday getaway in Hua Hin. The hotel has a private beach front, located near just about everything Hua Hin has to offer(night market, restaurants, bars, spas, nightlife, and many more). We were traveling in a group of 7 and with 3 separate reservations and the staff went above and beyond to managed us all on the same floor. Cold beverages and cold towels were provided upon checking in. Everyone was professional and very welcoming. The pools and the swim up bars were also great. Will definitely return on our next visit to Hua Hin, Thailand.

Hilton Hua Hin Feedback”

Location, activities, staff, food, pool
cannot think of any that are worthwhile

We live in Thailand and recently stayed at the Hilton Hua Hin for 4 nights with our family who were visiting from the UK. We were all very impressed with our stay. The hotel location, sports/facilities, pool, staff, food were all excellent. we would gladly stay there again and would reccomend to others. we have stayed at the hyatt regency in Hua Hin and prefer the location of the Hilton, being in the centre of town. Although the Hyatt takes some beating, the Hilton is certainly in the same class.

The Hilton. Slab dab in the centre.”

The Hilton hotel is the tallest building in Hua Hin and is at the epicentre of all things. All the nightlife seems to revolve around it which is both its strength and weakness. The red light area, a cluster of streets a few blocks adjacent is perfectly self contained and Mums and Dads need not worry that their kids will be exposed to the tawdriness as it is neon lit and can easily be circumnavigated. The problem is that there is a nightclub called the Beer Room actually located in the bowels of the Hilton itself which booms and rocks till past 2 a.m and can keep you awake especially if your room is situated directly above. The rooms are large, bright and super modern and balconies overlooking the sea are a delight. The breakfast buffet is terrific. The pool area huge with jacuzzi and state of the art hydrotherapy jets. The gym is good, racquetball courts, steam and sauna facilities top notch. Push bikes can be rented cheaply to explore the area. Close to the Night Market.

My preferred hotel at Hua Hin”

Location and hotel's beach front

The hotel's location is very convenience since it close to the night market, seafood restuarants and sticky rice and mango shop is just in front of the hotel. The beach front is very comfortable and relaxing with a lot of Franjipani trees. having a beach front bed, listening to the sound of sea and get chil from the wind is what I like the most at this hotel. The swimming pool is beautiful especially at night. Hilton Hua Hin is still my preferred choice whenever I go to Hua Hin.

Great position, confortable rooms.”

Spectacular swimming pool.

The Hotel is located in the center of Hua Hin, it has a small private white-sand beach and a spectacular swimming pool which attracts even more than the sea. Rooms are confortable and staff is continuosly present for room cleaning, more than once per day, without being annoying (you have also the possibility to switch on the not-disturb light outside the door). As for food, it has a good Chinese restaurant, a medium Italian restaurant, a seafood restaurant by the sea, a brewery and a wonderful poolbar for lunch snacks right in the middle of the swimming pool. Breakfast is outragiosly abundant and good. The SPA is wonderful and offers several discount options which make massages accessible. A floor is devoted to games, including free table-tennis and pool (unfortunately strictly open only until 10 pm). A fitness room is also present, though at a room temperature which is too cold to be bearable. For a small price you can rent the tennis court. You can basically stay in the hotel the whole time, relax, switch from the sun to the swimming pool to the restaurant to a pool game to a massage and start over, without any need to go out at all.

Fabulous hotel and great service all round”

Spectacular views of the Bay of Siam. Superb pool.

This being our second stay at the Hilton Hua Hin, we were not disappointed on our return. The location right in the middle of Hua Hin is great. The on site tuk-tuks are more user friendly than those in Bangkok. You know the charge will be the same which is a refreshing change, and you know you will end up where you ask to go. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the breakfast variety fabulous. This is one of our favorite locations and we hope to return soon.

Great Location”

right on beach...all rooms have ocean views... great location to be able to just walk all around the town... great breakfast and meals in the restaurant... excellent service

The reception staff had our booking prepared and even though we arrived early (around 9ish) they took us straight to the room. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of dishes available and quite delicious too. The only criticism I have to make is that the pool is closed WAY too early!!! After a big day and night shopping and walking around the town, it's nice to go back to your hotel and have a swim (the pool is beautiful, by the way... and also has a slide for children). I spoke to the duty manager and they allowed us to swim even though it was past the closing time for the pool - once again.... excellent service! This is the 4th time I've stayed at the Hilton, Hua Hin, and I will be back again in a few weeks time. I've never been disappointed when staying there.

Hua Hin Holiday”

Location, room comfort and cleanliness, staff

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and central to Hua Hin, making it the perfect choice to explore everything Hua Hin has to offer. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food on offer is excellent. Room was extremely comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The ONLY problem we found at the hotel was that a large number of European guests would cover nearly all of the sun beds around the pool with their towels, as early as breakfast time and not use the bed until later in the day. I was disappointed that the various pool attendants and the hotel itself does not stop this 'booking' of sunbeds.

Hilton Hua Hin - always great”

Superb location, very good staff, large deluxe rooms, seaview from all rooms, Hilton breakfast is great
The breakfast room is usually packed between 8-10.

This hotel seems to be fully booked all the time. No wonder, the standards are high in all areas: staff performance, rooms, breakfast, pool area etc. The design of their deluxe rooms is very pleasant, housekeeping excellent and despite the hotel being constantly full, no noise from the corridors in the evenings/at night. Moreover, the location is fantastic opposite the main street and very close to shops & restaurants. The only problem is that they are always full and it's hard to get a room for 1-2 weeks, because many big travel agencies have Hilton Hua Hin in their programme.

The beach is clean. The ocean view from the balcony is really nice. The road to the resort is very lively. There are many good seafood restaurant nearby so eating is very easy. Great resort for family to relax.
