Fanastic Stay, Location, Staff - Everything!”
This place was SUCH a score for us on our recent trip to London. Walking distance away from a couple different underground stations, making it a perfect location for someone who wants to get to a bunch of different places with a quickness. The staff was BEYOND - Alessandra at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and she was even able to get us an early check-in after a long overnight flight from the states. Beds were so comfortable, and the breakfast was delish and definitely worth the $20 add-on. Truly could not have asked for anything more from a home away from home.

Stayed during the pandemic with my friend. The breakfast was so nice. You really get for what you paid for. The room was super nice. I just had to ask housekeeping for a toothbrush cause they didn’t give it automatically. Also, they charge for late check-out per hour.

Great hospitality ”
We have stayed in different hotels of similar or better brands but the hospitality in Hilton Bankside London is something else. From checking in to the daily stay, we received attention to check in on us and with a simple question ‘how can we make your stay even more perfect?’ And we didn’t even stay in premium rooms as we opted for their classic (our first stay with Hilton hotel too). They made our stay felt like we were home. Oh and remember to check out their bar for the collection of Gin too. Yum!

I booked this somewhat last minute after many of the more heralded London hotels were fully booked or too expensive. Hilton Bankside did not disappoint. I stayed here on accident the first time, I will stay here on purpose the next time!

Second time here”
We visit London once a year. This is our second time staying in this hotel. Everything is still new and clean. Very modern design, and very friendly staff. The location is not perfect but still convenient. We arrived very early in the morning, and there was no room available. We were given an option to upgrade our room to a suite with a small amount of money, and we decided to take it. It was a right decision. The suite was fantastic! Very very spacious. Having a very nice street view. Will consider the suite next time if we are going there again.

Proposal evening”
Planned my proposal and this was the hotel we stayed at after. We'd never stayed at a Hilton and I booked a king room. They upgraded us to deluxe for free and then offered us executive for £35. Obviously we said yes because that came with access to the executive lounge. Free afternoon tea, evening drinks and breakfast the next day. Amazingly attentive staff and the real impression that nothing was too much trouble.

My husband and I spend 2 nights stop over on our way from New York. We arrived 9 am, check in only at 3 pm. We were exhausted. Thanks to David we were able to store our luggage and provided with towels and a place where we could refresh ourselves. The room was ready much earlier then expected ( very grateful to David). Everyone very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. We will definitely choose Hilton again in the future. We highly recommend.
