Not what I had hoped”
I had certain expectations and they were unmet The walls are extremely thin and the noise level was unacceptable. The bed was comfortable but the room was dingy. The staff at the desk were great but the staff in the restaurant were not very attentive. The price was extremely high and not at the same level of the product/services offered.

Old and derelict”
Location is outstanding, right in the middle of the terminal 1. But this terminal is deprecated and will close anytime soon when the new terminal will be finushed. So this hotel dates back to probabaly 40 years ago, and very little has been upgraded since. Staff friendly. Max 3 stars hotel.

Awful ”
Old, dirty, windows are I fro t of walls, staff in reception is untrained and unkind. Practically zero COVID measures except for gel ataje entrance. They make you think rooms are sanitized but there was teash in the trzh can, the toilet was dirty as well as the shower.

2 nights stay non cooperative n slow staff”
I had barely 2 days 2 nights stop at the airport and then i had my flight to Canada. Food is expensive. room temperature controller doesnt work Looted me extra on the name of tax, water bottle which should be complimentary. Checkin was damn slow. Biggest problem, if you hv luggage be prepared to take it all by yourself first through escalator n then to the lift to reach the hotel. Airport authorities don't allow trolley and hotel just irritates you further with long n slow checkins

Short Night Stay”
Due to weather delays, I arrived very late and had to leave early the following morning so I only had five hours at the hotel. But it was a restful break, much needed. I did not eat at the hotel as time did not allow for that. The only complaint.....sound proofing. During the night I could hear what I think were announcements from the adjacent terminal. Ear plugs would resolve that for me next time, but on this occasion I was concerned that I would miss my alarm if using them. I have stayed at one other airport hotel in Mexico City.....the Hilton will be my choice to stay in future as its so easy to get to and from....friendly, helpful staff is the strong calling card for me! Signage (directions) could be a little better. Once you've been to the hotel, it's simple to find but when arriving late and very tired, it was a little complicated. Food rating above was required but I did not eat on location so imy rating is not valid.

best access to Terminal 1”
Inside of Terminal 1, took only 5 min walk to get board to American Air. Best hotel if you book early boarding flight. Price are bit higher than other hotel located around this airport, but you can convert the price into fast access to get on board. Room is very clean including bathroom and shower. Well prepared amenity.

I Want to be a Painter Man”
I had an early morning flight to catch so decided to stay right at the airport. The location of this hotel is excellent. From around 11pm I could hear a strange noise outside my door coming from down the hall. As the noise got closer and closer, I discovered it was a man applying masking tape to the baseboards up and down the hallway. All I could hear, over and over, was the sound of the tape as he pulled it from the roll. At approximately 11:20 pm I called the front desk to complain about the noise and mentioned that it seemed they were preparing for painting for some time tomorrow. I couldn't understand why the taping would happen so late when people were trying to sleep. Fortunately, the noise stopped about 6 or 7 minutes after my call. Apparently the manager had asked the man to stop his taping. Then, around midnight, I could hear a faint banging sound, again coming from the hallway. The same man who had been taping was now PAINTING the hallway walls outside my room. Completely unbelievable! I could hear him dipping his roller-brush into the bucket and tapping the excess paint off on the edge of the bucket. What the heck are they doing painting the hallways at midnight? I thought, "You've got to be kidding me!" I didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the circus act going on outside my room. By this time, I was wide-awake and found the comedy of it to be such that I couldn't even get upset about the craziness. I didn't bother calling the front desk again figuring that nothing would be done anyhow. The next morning I asked the manager on duty (who happened to be the same one I'd spoken to on the phone the night before) why they would paint the hallway at midnight when guests are trying to sleep. He said he had asked the painter man to stop his taping and was completely unaware that he had gone on to paint the hallway. I just shook my head and left. Great location for the airport, let down by dated ”
i've never stayed in a hilton quite like this and i really felt it just wasn't up to scratch, especially for the price we paid. there was an appalling smell of sewage in the lobby and walking past the restaurant. in future i would definitely get a taxi into the centre and stay in a much better hotel for a far lower price - taxis in mexico city are very cheap

Nice but way overpriced”
If you need a hotel at the airport, this one couldnt be closer. Rooms are nice with good toiletries. Bath however became blocked and water wouldnt drain. Price should have included breakfast. €100 p/n is way too much for this place.

this hotel located in the airport building, so it is very convenient to check in or have meals. the room is very comfortable and clean, and has a enough space to stay. my flight in the morning was canceled, i was able to use my room even though checking out until 13pm.

I was really pleased to stay there. The stuff gave me a warm welcome. I also used the well equiped gym. The breakfast buffet was just fantastic, big compliment. I can really reccomend this hotel.

This is in terminal 1 - I arrived and departed from terminal 2 and the train wasn't in service. Hotel pretty straightforward for airports - it is inside the terminal so very convenient.
