No shower for 24 hours! ”
Nice hotel and room. Good location. But our shower didn’t work for 24 hours… we ask support to the reception 6 times! After one day, we pray for another room to get a shower. Staff is nice but not efficient Hilton didn’t propose a discount for the damages.

Excellent”
this hotel has everything you can wish for, except free wi-fi, which is a bit strange since most hotels in mexico city offer free wi-fi and still are less pricey than the the hilton reforma is charging per night. difficult to find out why. hilton policy? but the location is great and the room, spacious and silent, with a spectacular view (if you are high up) is perfect. almost: my wife checking if anything was missing on the list of enumerated facilities discovered there was indeed an ironing board for ironing clothes in the room, but no iron. well, it sets the standard, not even the hilton is 100 per cent perfect, but had i lifted the phone i guess they would have brought that iron within a few minutes, if not seconds! i would highly recommend this hotel and will book room for another stay when returning to mexico city.

Excellent location, excellent hotell”
Hilton is Hilton, i.e. high standard although not always perfect as we found out this second time we stayed at the Hilton Reforma within a fortnight. This time the reception couldn't find our hotel reservation from Agoda and it took them some 45 minutes to have the problem sorted out before we could have access to our room. However, the reception kindly compensated us for this delay by giving us a luxury suite on the 17th floor with a magnificent view of Mexico City, something I call being service minded instead of just saying 'Sorry! As I said in my last review, still no free wi-fi, but the iron for ironing was there this time! I have to mention the staff which is very friendly and helpful. Couldn't be better. Strongly recommend this Hilton hotel.

GREAT LOCATION BUT BE CAREFUL OF EXTRAS”
Hotel is perfectly located in front of the Alameda Park and within a few steps its the Fine Arts Building, The Latino Tower for 360 views of Mexico City, the Morelos Pedestrian Street and tons of cafes, museums, historical buildings and restaurants. Also its 2 blocks away from the MTR and Reforma Avenue. Location is definetly its biggest asset. The hotel grounds are OK, but no more, no less to what you would expect from the brand. The pool is narrow, but in a city with so much to do why would you want to stay in a hotel pool? The downsides are the internet and parking. Internet is expensive (about 14-15 USD) per day and restricted to 4 registered devices. Internet should be complimentary and without restrictions. This is the XXI Century... Parking with the use of the valet service is COMPULSORY and they have a very limited liability clause should anything happen to your car or to your property inside. I find it anoying that I cannot park the car myself if I don't want to use the valet. Additionally parking is not complimentary and the cost is around 8-9 USD per day (plus the valet tips). There is no complimentary water bottles in the room and toiletries are limited (no tootpaste, toothbrush were in our bathroom) Mexico City is just an amazing place to visit.

That hotel is perfect to visit the historical center of mexico city, just 5-10 min walk to arrive at the cathedral, the hotel is also new so the rooms are perfect. Also no far from the reforma street. I strongly recommend that hotel.

i haven't previously loved hilton hotels but this one was world class. the staff are incredibly friendly, well presented, and helpful. the lobby is really nice. the room was lovely with a big bath, comfortable bed, working tv, nice products in the bathroom. the location is fantastic and walking distance to most sight seeing things, and easy to get transport with buses at the door.

convenient and safe”
Good, very safe, convenient to historical area and Zocalo. Easy to get transportation to pyramids, airport and restaurant. Red tour bus is good but wait too long. Highly recommended to use hotel taxi instead If public taxi for safety and comfort.

Ok hotel, needs improvement”
The room had a great view, The room itself needs to be re-vamped (old furnitre with scratches and loose legs) the walls inside the rooms were scratched and the tub altough nice was not properly cleaned (dirt/mold in the crevice between tub and granite cover.) Serving staff at restaurant varied from great to slow/forgetfull. Front desk staff was exceptional and the ammenities of gym and indoor pool were great. Unless your dining at the Cardenal, eat somewhere else. Hotel food is overpriced for Mexico standards.

almost perfect”
The hotel was perfect when we stayed. Only that we checked in at 14:30, but the front desk told us our room would be ready in one hour. At 15:00 I asked another staff again and fortunately he noticed that their check-in time is 15:00, so that he changed a room for us, avoiding unnecessary waiting. On the ground floor, there’s a best Mexican food restaurant in town, worthy trying it.
