Clean hotel, spacious rooms, good inhouse facilitis, near disney attractions but away from downtown, near to outlet malls, the very disturbing thing there is the inability to call the reception or any services from the phone as it directs to a call central of Hilton asking you which city are you in now and giving you endless options to choose from, so after 20 minutes on the phone I had to go down to the reception for anything I want to order or ask about, their concierge and luggage service is bad, washrooms are deficient in very simple things like shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste.
