Classic Luxury, American-style”
1) That it was built in the 80s was a concern. You canb't stay here if you want things hip. But if the hotel luxury seen in movies like American Hustle or De Niro movies appeal to you, here's the one. 2) Caution: The buildings don't feel as resort-like as the pictures suggest. But facilities are expansive, everything that you get a "solidly built" feel in the 80s are all here. 3) No worries when it comes to the critical: the room comfort is outstanding. 4) Others: staffs are very committed, and like in many other parts of Thailand, the sincerity is often felt too. 5) Do stay at Patong if you're looking for buzz, otherwise Karon Beach is even longer for a great beach walk, with more beautiful sand and water for swim.

Paradise”
We had a wonderful Hilton suite with amazing views of the sea. We enjoyed our pre-dinner drinks and delicious nibbles in the lovely panorama lounge - with magnificent views of the sunset over the sea. The landscaped gardens are vast and so beautiful we felt like we were in paradise. It took us the whole week to explore so many pools, lagoons and the tropical gardens of the hotel and still kept finding more... I seriously recommend the website adds more photos to show the truly amazing grounds and facilities. On our last morning, we were lucky to see a group of workers climb the palm trees to release the coconuts. Not something we've ever seen before! Location was perfect for exploring the island to see the big Budha etc and Friday night market. All staff were exceptionally helpful - the tour desk arranged our boat trip to Phang Nga which was spectacular. All in all a truly unforgettable holiday. Our thanks to Hilton Phuket - we will certainly return again.

Hilton Karon Beach”
We had an outstanding time at this hotel. They really helped every chance they could and the experience it gave us was very good. Great breakfasts, great food, great bar with entertainment every night. Able to walk on the beach every day and also great to walk on the grounds. Close to great street food and a walk to Kata beach bars. Couldn’t ask for any more.

Exceptional service with kind staff”
I stayed for 5 nights with my family. I just love this hotel. Previously I stayed in Hilton Hua Hin and had similar pleasant experience. The staff of the hotel are great, kind and very professional. House keeping of the hotel is really outstanding. They try to understand the need of the guests proactively and do not hesitate to go beyond the box to extend support. The hotel is very close to the beach and has three wonderful pools. Kids policy is also generous. Kids paradise, a child care center, is also superb. Guests get a taste of a resort being in a very well maintained hotel. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel for family stay. Most probably two things I like to mention just for the consideration of the hotel authority: 1. Pool side cafe should allow bills to be included with room number since carrying cash while out for Swimming is not convenient. 2. The nearest restaurants are quite far, so hotel authority can liaise with neighbour hotels to set up small food zone nearby.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location on the south side of Karon beach. The facilities are excellent and the room is very nice. I must say the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. It is right across from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’m usually not a resort type person but Covi forced my hand if I wanted to enter Thailand. I have nothing but praise for this place. Amazing staff, facilities and food. I realize we got a deal because of the circumstances but even at 3 times the price this hotel would have been a steal!

Perfect for mid trip relaxation ”
This place has been outstanding so far. We have only been here for one night and one day and it is so nice and relaxing to rest after being on the go throughout Phuket. The grounds are very nice and well kept, the room is very clean and the service has been excellent. Also to mention the breakfast is fantastic with so many options. It is more on the pricey side but in my opinion it is totally worth it to unwind and relax for a few nights.

Staffs so helpful and smiling all the time. The whole resort is giant and beautiful and its just 1 min to Karon beach (tho not good for swimming) but also just around 15-20min walk to Kata beach. Breakfast was super tasty. We started to miss the place first day after we had to left.

Hilton hits the mark”
Had a fantastic stay, room is large, clean and tidy, sea view is beautiful. Staff are lovely, breakfast buffet is good. The aircon is top notch to keep the room nice and cold. A few things on site are closed (to be expected) but it’s not been an issue. Only thing I’d note is there aren’t any umbrellas on the beach to relax at (beach is a short walk). Would highly recommend staying here

Beautiful hotel”
We loved our stay here, the resort was gorgeous, our room was great and the view of the ocean was amazing. Had a slight problem with bugs in our room, but that was probably our fault from not shutting the door when we used the balcony. Pool and resort were great and the resort is steps to the beach.

Wonderful place”
I understand Hilton is an international company but it was way more kind than i thought. Reception, travel desk, restaurant, housekeeping. Taxi service. Everything was perfect and i would like to say it was the best stay ever. One thing, every evening housekeeper came to our room and asked if we needed something. that is really sweet but i was uncomfortable that she opened tgetge door with her master key while we are in the room. I was taking a shower and it freaked me out. I would like to ask you that you've gotta respect some privacy.

Only disadvantage is a bit far from the shops at Karon beach of you decide to walk, however you can get almost everything inside the hotel. Another point of improvement would be if check-in process could be faster and more instructions / directions were given. Overall a great hotel.
