I would stay here again and am putting this down as a likely one off as all other staff we met during our stay provided a much better quality customer...

While many travelers may be out touring the city, being able to rest in our room during the day is critically important to my wife.

Modern Hilton, well appointed.”
arrived at prague main station, and taxi drivers refused to take to the hilton, too close they say. another said....siesta. then some clone of bora tried to take over our itinerary. i hate the eurotrash that roam around the old eastern bloc countries - it is time the czech republic raised the standards so tourists can be safe, secure and enjoy their stay. called the hilton hotel. they sent a car pronto, and the rate was very reasonable. prague is a bit run-down. the hotel was "ok" but customer service standards could be improved. supercilious attitudes in the pool reception area one day...all nice and smiley the next. consistency is what i expect at a hilton. airconditioning broke down. however it was our last night so it was ok.
We enjoyed our stay @ Hilton Prague, upon arrival we thought we were to far out but soon realised we were close to transport systems & it was close enough to walk. We had access to the executive lounge, the girls in there were so friendly and helpful made our trip even more special. The weather & floods did spoil our holiday however we still got to see things.
Nice design, big lobby and lounge”
Staying at Hilton Prague Hotel is very enjoyable. The hotel has very good location, very near the Old Town and city center. This hotel is very nicely designed with very spacious lobby and lounge. The room is quite big. This hotel has family room type which is suitable for family travel. The room has the separate toilet and shower room, very convenient for family stay. Breakfasts are great with variety of foods with quality.
Hilton standard, everything's expensive”
I bought my stay at Hilton Prague at a good discount. The facility was great, everything in Hilton standard. However, everything was so expensive, especially compare to the prices outside of the hotel. The hotel was not many people occupied, and most of the guests I saw were old people, so the atmosphere is a little bit strange.
Great service at Reception”
hilton prague hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with a great view of the river. it is good to walk to the various places of interest like the old town square and charles bridge etc but if the weather does not permit this, then there are various modes of transport to reach these places and these are easily accessible from the hotel. as with all other hilton hotels, service is great!
Great location but dark and small rooms”
We thought the rooms were really small and very dark and it didn't feel like 5 star hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel staff very nice and speaks different languages which is great. We loved breakfast althgough for a price of nearly 30 euro you would expect it! Overall, even though the Hotel was nice for the price that you pay I think I'd rather go to a 4 star hotel (lots of them in Prague) and got much more or the same...
good value for money but too far out ”
We stayed at the Hilton Prague because our tour grouped booked here. We stayed on an extra night but if I had known how far out of the old town it was, we would have changed hotels. The hotel itself is very nice, with large rooms, a nightclub upstairs and a swimming pool downstairs, but it is a 25min walk into the old town square. By the end of our 5 days we had got used to catching public transport, but the walk from the trolley car/train did not feel safe.
Good looking hotel”
even our stay was short ;it was only for one night but i my wife enjoyed our stay.we will stay again in this hotel every time we visit prague.
very nice hotel nice size rooms”
location is ideal if your a business traveller and 7 min by taxi to heart of old prague
Freindly staffs and fine hotel ”
A fine hotel located near the metrostation but a bit far from old town. Friendly staffs always provide me some useful advice during my stay in Prague. Unfortunately, there is no free wifi in the room, which I expect there should be in a high-end chain hotels and charge 650 Cz per day if you would like to use it. The other thing is that it seems not so safe as a single trveler in that region but good for goup tour.
Good Hilton-standard, as usual.”
Good first impression with its big and nicely decorated lobby. Staff was friendly and efficient during check-in; we already got our room ready at 10 am. Hotel facility is good too, considering a 5-star standard. Though breakfast can be considered pricey. You need to pay for wifi in your room, but free wifi is available in all public areas (e.g. lobby, restaurant). The hotel is within walking distance to a metro stop that is only 1 stop from Prague main train station. The metro stop can be accessible with a passage way through a building by the side entrance of the hotel.
Excellent service in a beautiful location”
We extended our stay after our business trip so that we can enjoy the beautiful city of Prague. The service was excellent, the staff was very efficient, and we absolutely enjoyed our second honeymoon.
Totally amazing, brilliant hotel.”
On of the best Hiltons that we have topped in.The Executive Floor was out of this world, everything food and drink wise, and i mean everything was available. We will definitely be staying there again!!
Worst experience for me..”
There was a maintenance work going on in my next room with heavy drilling in my room wall and noises. Surprised, called up reception to be received by a completely impolite, pissed of lady who said she cannot do anything about it or change my room . When I asked why they did not inform me while checking in , her response was like what wud have changed if they had informed me!!!!Most rude response I have ever received from a 5 star category Hotel. Looks like a they selected a wrong person for the job. Very shocking to see this happen in Hilton!! Never again in Hilton.. when I came to the reception directly to check , the receptionist was polite enough to offer another room but by that time my impression about Hilton Prague has already been permanently damaged.
Beautiful hotel, disappointing check out experience”
This hotel is gorgeous, rooms, lobby, pool area are all perfect. It really feels 5 star. We just had one issue on our final morning. We had been advised there were building works going in the hotel, each day between 11 and 7 but that we shouldn't hear much as we were situated a good distance from the works. However, on the final morning, loud drilling commenced at 9.30am and we could hear it clearly. When we mentioned this at checkout, we were advised it didn't start until 10am and we couldn't have heard it. The way this was handled was disappointing and tainted an otherwise perfect stay. I would stay here again and am putting this down as a likely one off as all other staff we met during our stay provided a much better quality customer service.
I enjoyed my stay there and found it good value for money. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff excellent and the gym, sauna and pool are really good. For the price you cant go wrong really. There's shops and restaurants nearby which is great. Try and get the breakfast included, the buffet is really excellent but not cheap.
Beautiful hotel with all you need!”
This hotel is fantastic! Just a nice distance from city centre if you enjoy walking! If not just hop into the hotels taxi waiting for you at the front door and off you go exploring! Great service from staff and hotel had all that you need and more! Sky bar is brill too! The view is fantastic! Definitely recommend this hotel!
Hotel staff are arrogant and not helpful.”
I am disappointed at the poor service quality of this supposed 5 stars hotel in Prague. The hotel staff are arrogant and not helpful at all. I will never ever come back to this hotel not recommend it to anyone I know.
Hilton Standards ”
Front Desk was always polite and helpful. Room was quite spacious even with the extra bed deployed. Room Services was prompt and effective. Dining at the lounge was great, we will served with great food (big servings) and well attended to. Cloud 9 Sky Bar and lounge service was disappointing. We went to balcony side of the bar to get a feel of fresh air and we kept waiting for any waitress to come out and take our orders. But they simply just ignore us and keep entertaining those inside the bar. I do not know if it is because we are Singaporeans, or they just prefer Europeans etc. They do not even bother to look at when we reenter the bar.
Luxury stay in a very nice hotel”
Very nice stay in an impressive hotel; very nice, well equipped rooms. Very nice choice of restaurants and bars. High quality food and a very broad breakfast selection, including many healthy options. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. Also the overall decoration and size of the building is impressive.
