rooms are clean and nice. everything works and are well maintained. it's right next to the Chinatown and Little Italy areas so there are lots of dinning choices within walking distance. however, while I did't expect to park my car for free, charging $75 for overnight parking is a little much. otherwise, no complaints.

Không được đỗ xe tạm trong khi check-in nên tôi đã phải đưa xe xuống hầm để đỗ xe có tính phí. Khi nhận phòng, họ đã tính một khoản security deposit là $150 vào thẻ tín dụng của tôi và khoản tiền này phải một tháng sau mới được trả lại.

Sometimes there will be no hot water for shower

The room is large and clean. The hotel location is also perfect. However, there are 3 consecutive nights when there just wasn't hot water for shower. I had to call the front desk and was only told that the engineer was busy handling others' request. Eventually had to wait for around 40 minutes for the engineer to arrive and fix the problem (fortunately he did, so I appreciated it). But be prepared that this hotel might not provide the best hardware/facilities/equipment even given its expensive price.

I had a good experience minus the worker keeping my papa John’s order and eating my food ! So low life . Had the nerves to say since the name was the same as my husband he thought the food was his but he didn’t order it so why think it’s yours ? Room was clean , fitness center was clean everything else was cool . Just be careful ordering food here staff might keep it

Our family had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room we're into is very spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment.

Location is great it’s a walking distance to China town, walking distance to Fairmont hotel, grace catherdral, fisherman’s wharf and many landmark of San Francisco. Room is very clean too and the way they set up the room is so convenient. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything was good and smooth. Location was perfect we love walking by China Town. Just waiting for my deposit of $50. I stayed im Hampton hilton the next day and after I gave them keys like maybe an hour my deposit was back in my card. Besides that everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Loved how the room looked and had the most beautiful view of the city. The staff were super welcoming and accomodating. Location is close to Chinatown, so had so many inexpensive food choices. We felt safe in this location.

I had to line up for the check in and also had to line up almost every time to get on an elevator. The location was okay. Nearby chinese restaurants were good. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel so it's easy to hop on a bus to get to the fisherman's wharf. And it's a little noisy at night.

There were no microwaves in the rooms but other than that we had no issues and it was quiet and staff were friendly. Clean room as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Old hotel that is in need of a full refurbishment. The park right in front is also a bit dubious with some homeless people loitering. The maids did a good job in cleaning up the rooms though.

It was a peaceful stay. The beds are comfy, the rooms have good amenities. Our room had a small fridge, but no microwave, however, they do offer a microwave in The Cloud Room, which has a whole wall that is a TV with sports and lots of chairs. The staff members are nice and accommodating. The location is great as well!
