The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff and a cozy vibe made it a memorable stay. Mr Howard Mkhize stood out for me. He resolved all our issues with 3rd parties at check-in. We will forever be grateful. Of course, we will be back again!

My wife is extremely critical when it comes to cleanliness and style and the Hilton got top marks in this area. Staff were efficient on one occasion we were sent to the executive lounge as our room was not quite ready and told someone would come and get us as soon as it was ready, it was 13.45, we waited until 14.15 when I went down to reception to find out what the delay was, we had been clearly forgotten. However that was the only shortcoming of a very nice one nighter!

We had an average experience during our stay at the Hilton. Upon arrival, the staff at the counter were not very welcoming. From the moment we started contacting the hotel to confirm our booking, their responses were consistently unenthusiastic and abrupt. The doorman was the one who informed us about the breakfast time and provided us with other important details. The staff seemed quite irritated when inquiring about the services they offered. we had a rather unpleasant experience with the customer service. We were so disappointed that we considered canceling our booking. Regarding the room, it was quite noisy as we could hear the conversations from the adjacent room. We found it to be very discouraging. The water got extremely hot and we ended up with painful burns not once, but twice! After contacting the reception, they promptly sent someone to address the issue with the tap! We experienced a significant delay in receiving assistance to address the issue with the tap. They failed to inquire about our preference for a potential shift. We had to wait for an additional hour until the repairs were completed. Despite the previous negative experience, the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which helped improve our overall impression. We have visited other Hiltons in the past, but this particular experience left us feeling quite let down. Our one positive encounter was in the restaurant, where the service was excellent. We enjoyed our meal. Experiencing a warm and inviting atmosphere is crucial for the quality of a hotel's service.

I stayed at NH Sandton Johannesburg for 1 night on my way to Zanzibar. The hotel offers a Free Shuttle to and from the Nelson Mandela Square (a major attraction in Joburg) at regular intervals (07:00 - 22:15 hrs) which was just 5 minutes away. This made travelling extremely hassle free and safe even at odd hours. Good value for money in the Sandton Area.

The common areas in this hotel are a 5 star. So is the restaurant and food.The rooms are a 3 star and there are some maintenance issues. The staff is exceptional. Makhaya the concierge was so helpful to us so was the manager in addressing our issues. Free shuttle to the mall. We enjoyed our stay once we changed rooms.

Had an amazing relaxing stay. It was more than what we paid for, we were given access to the executive lounge, which was a great experience. Thr reception staff were friendly, and helpful. Everyday breakfast was personalized, with staff accommodating our little girl. Room service meals were also accommodating even if we missed certain menu times.We were very happy and relaxed when we left and will definitely return.

Rooms were not very clean. The style is very outdated. Wardrobes need maintenance. Cleanliness is not on point! Wine bottles were found behind the curtains from a previous persons stay.
