No privacy, staff lying to customers”
We had booked the hotel for our anniversary and this was very well informed in advance. We checked in and to our surprise we were given a room which had a connecting door and there were a bunch of guests in the adjoining room who were making so much noise (we have taken recordings). When we complained at the reception, they were confused as to what to do and even said they have many rooms but cannot do anything about this. When we contacted the duty manager - she lied to us and said they have only 2-4 rooms in this category. She then started bargaining with us and started offering freebies of Rs. 250 - to which we reacted and said that we are not beggars. The stay was pathetic as we didnt get any privacy and the staff was worse in terms of hospitality, behaviour and honesty.
Beautifully made villas and lovely location ”
Really enjoyed the stay. We were there only for a night but would love to go back for At least 2 nights. Lots to explore . The breakfast was nice but limited lay.
Enjoyed the stay but very expensive ”
Definitely food was very bad n expensive not worth the money We stayed at pool villa...... it’s was gud but safe at all.... once a dog once a crab came in our pool side it’s dangerous Just we enjoyed with our family n surely bcoz of nature Would definitely not visit again
Very bad food quality n taste!!! Not worth d money at all
Wanted to be away from city life and it was wonderful experience being between nature and friendly staff
lil disappointed.. ”
Something is amiss. Disorganised front office. You don't leave the place with great impression. However, housekeeping staff and staff that you meet along the winding roads within the property is warm and helpful. Very calm and quiet place. It doesn't give a luxury experience. Overall, not one of our best keeping in mind the brand Hilton and value that you pay for it.
Just cause its HILTON”
Overpriced.... no activities for a resort..... not worth,,, better properties around the same area with much much better facilities....
first time visit and satisfied stay ”
Next time we will come with children and book your pool an spa room. so update on same
Excellent getaway near Pune for a weekend”
Bit overpriced for the facilities provided but a beautiful location and nicely developed 320 acre resort. Fits both luxury lovers as well as nature lovers and there's something to do for everybody.
Great experience. Buta A governess for children or a controlled environment where young children can be entertained for a couple of hours so as to allow their parents enjoy a couple's spa IS A MUST. No fun going for separate spa treatements.
The views are speculator and the resort is very large. It would be wonderful to have a restaurant for adults. The Green Room is for adults but with no alcohol, the Terrassas is a kiddy play ground not suitable for relaxation. The food is average at best for a hotel trying to be a five start and the outdoor restaurant serves good food but it is wet and windy so only one or two tables are dry enough to use and the cars take up to 45 minutes to come to that restaurant. Showers in the spa rooms would mean that you would not need to get dressed while still covered in oil which is not reasonable.
good food good property
Great little escape”
Very expensive food, very small food portion,”
Not happy, not satisfied, very expensive, small food portion, not eventful.
nature at its best”
Good Location, Poor Service”
Service was very poor. Any request would take at least 3 calls before getting serviced.
An Amazing Resort”
Been to this blissful resort last week. The Drive to this resort was a bit challenging. You take a right turn from Kumar resorts at Lonavala and proceed towards Bushi dam. There aren't any directions which was a put off. We had to stop and ask for directions several times. While approaching the resort, you would find signages of Shillim estate and you need to follow these signs which will get you to the resort. There is a 5-6 kms of patchy road, but managable. Once you are inside this resort, Words cannot describe how beautiful and serene how this grand resort is carefully built amidst mountains and tons of flora and fauna. Check in was smooth and the welcome drink with cold towels were a nice touch. We were driven to our Spa pool Villa on a buggy and the drive was so refreshing through the Neatly paved paths tapering around this 300 acres of grand place. The Villa was neatly kept and spacious. The icing on the cake was that, it had a private plunge pool as well. Our personal butler Vinay was amazing and always ready to help with his gracious smile. Rohit, who is the Front Office supervisor, escorted us to the Villa and explained the features. He was helpful enough to suggest that he could turn on the heating system of the Pool if we are in a mood to take a dip. Vinay drove us around this resort in the evening and explained the features, USP's of this excellent place. We had noticed a lot of natural vegetation around and was told that there would be many natual waterfalls and streams within this retreat during monsoons which I am sure is going to be a blissful experience.
