The hotel you must stay when you visit Sydney !”
Although staying in Hilton Sydney is not cheap, I would certainly recommend you this excellent hotel for several reasons. First of all, the service here is very good. They clean you room many times a day but without any disturbance. Every time I went back to my room, I was so surprised how the staff know when we leave the room and help us clean the room. In addition, each time they clean your room, they put two chocolates on the corner of our bed, and at every evening, they leave us a card indicating the weather tomorrow. These are minor but showing their dedicate carefulness. Besides good service, room organization and equipments are very well. What's more, the shower gel, body lotion, and so on, all of them are made by CRABTREE & EVELYN !!!!! You will certainly love such goods when having a shower ! Finally, the location of Hilton Sydney is perfect! It's near the city circle train station but without noise and a lot of crowd. Sights such as Town Hall and Darling Harbor or even some famous park, as well as the most famous shopping mall -- Queen Victory Building, are near Hilton Sydney. Location here is very convenient!! In conclusion, Hilton Sydney is the hotel you must stay when you visit Sydney! It's worth !

Great location”
I stayed at the Sydney Hilton for five nights. This hotel is so centrally located to everything in Sydney - shopping, Circular Quay, Opera House, Darling Harbour, Hyde Park, Botanic Gardens etc. The room was quite small but well appointed and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed with some of the best pillows and a wonderful shower There was some refurbishment work happening when I checked in and although it was a few floors below, I was getting some noise. Reception willingly moved me to another floor. Staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

great central cbd location”
The hilton hotel sydney is positioned beautifully in the centre of the cbd, next to westfield shopping. The room is quite cosy with a business desk and equipment set up facing the windows overlooking the city. The bathroom contains two showerheads and a television! The highlight was the buffet breakfast which came included in the package but I would have gladly paid for it! The staff were nice and friendly and the food was amazing. There was so much food I didn't get to sample all of it. Overall a great place to spend my anniversary with my girlfriend. I would gladly come back.

Modern room, close to shopping”
Our family stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and our daughter loved Hilton Sydney very much. She liked hotels with bath tub and this hotel has a clean bath tub for her. The first night we arrived Sydney we walked to Circular Quay which is not far from the hotel. The next day we discovered a free shuttle no. 555 in front of the hotel, so it made our lives easier to go around town with only small walks to the quay, Darling Harbour and China town. The location is good, close to shopping areas and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Luxury hotel in a central location”
the hilton sydney is located smack bang in the heart of sydney's cbd and makes for a very comfortable base from which to shop and explore the city. we arrived at the hotel in a hire car and the concierge were very accommodating and helpful with our luggage upon our arrival and departure. the rooms were well outfitted and provided a luxurious pit stop for our short stay. great value for money.

Great Business Hotel - Ultimate location”
stayed here on business and found the location was very central. useful for getting around the cbd. it's next to town hall station which is a stop or two away from central station and apart from being on the main drag george st, it is opposite the qvb and a short walk to the best shopping complex in town, the new westfield sydney. the hotel interior features dark wood and silver/chrome highlights throughout. has a great gym, but a pretty outdated pool which is down in the basement and does not enjoy any great views. the rooms are pretty spartan, but have all the essentials. i was a bit disappointed with the bar fridge that you cant use for storing any beverages (and have to order up another one). would not recommend for a romantic getaway as the room is a bit small and very clean-cut, but once again great for business or solo traveller. entertainment in the hotel is above average with the modern zeta bar on level 4 and the more lively marble bar in the basement. nearby is the playhouse which for a free membership has excellent specials and free drinks nights i.e. thursdays. all in all, would definitely go to the hilton again, it's a modern contemporary hotel in one of the best locations in town.

Good international Chain hotel”
hilton is a reputable international chain hotel. it retained it's good standard. location can't be any better if you are into shopping and sighseeing in sydney. hotel staffs can add bit of human friendliness touch, instead of good service but felt a bit cold. i have been stay in this hotel few times, and room has never been let down. compare with nearby same 'price' range hotels, e.g. fraser suite, you get your money well spent at the hilton.

Pleasant stay, close to everything”
The Hilton Sydney provided a very enjoyable stay, close to the attractions around the Rocks area. The room size was good as was the location. It is about a 1.5km walk to the centre of the Rocks, and there is a free CBD bus that runs right outside the door which will more than half the walking distance. Getting there from the Airport is also easy if you take the train. The station is only 200m from the front door - and don't waste your time with taxis...after you pay for the fare $35, then $15 for the tolls, then a $5.5 processing fee, it is not only quicker by much cheaper to take the train. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay”
This is the absolutely best place to stay in Sydney. It is only a stone's throw from an incredible variety of retail outlets, restaurants and cafes. The room is very comfortable with one of the best beds I have slept in and pillows that are soft and snuggly. There is an excellent health club and a good variety of in house restaurants and bars. One of the most impressive features of the Hilton is the friendly staff and their impeccable staff. I will gladly use the Hilton as my Sydney base.

Great Hotel”
Just like other Hilton Hotel chains, Hilton Sydney really maintain its quality and services. The hotel is very comfortable, the staffs are friendly, and it is a very great experience staying in this hotel. It is also located in the middle of the civic and there are shops around the hotel, also there are parks near the hotel which you can relax and enjoy the city. Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour, and some other attractions are located not far away and can be reached through a choices of public transports. A great place with a very great service and friendliness.

Nice hotel, great location”
the sydney hilton was a very pleasant hotel as you would expect, without the wow factor of some of the other 5 star hotels in sydney. however, the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly and the location of the hotel is superb: right next to qvb (for great shopping and train access), a 5 minute walk to darling harbour and about 10 from circular quay. lots of options around for dinner - cocklebay wharf in darling harbour is always great, and there's fireworks in the harbour on a saturday night!

Great location, clean and modern.”
This is the second time I have stayed at the Hilton in Sydney in a 6 months space. The first time was for work and the next for a family holiday. On both occassions, the hotel accomodation was excellent. The hotel is in a great location - close to shops, monorail, walk to circular quay and parks. Friendly & helpful staff at the receptioin desk and valet. Will definately stay there again when I am next in Sydney.

Even better on my second stay”
This was my second stay at the Hilton and I was fortunate enough to be assisted at reception by Kathleen who did an excellent job of making my visit to Sydney one of the best..in fact I wished I didn't have to go out as often as I did : I wanted to spend time in my very comfortable room. I'm starting to feel this hotel will become a fixture of any future visits to Sydney. Five stars for the location.

Beautiful Hotel and lovely views”
Our stay at the Hilton was lovely. Our room was big and had the best views of Sydney. The best aspect of the room was the bed. The bed, the pillows and the sheets were so comfortable to sleep on and one of the best I have ever experienced. The location is central to Sydney and just a 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour. Overall, the experience was great. The only downside was the accidental 6am wake up call which was not for us.

Fantastic service at all hours of the day + night”
i was sceptical wondering if the hilton would be everything it's crcked up to be as so many 4 and 5* hotels in london fail to live up to expectations. however as always the aussie's do hospitality so much better than the uk and it turns out the hilton has a great reputation for good reason. the service was great, the staff going above and beyond the call of duty with the bell boy even fixing my computer and saving me on boxing day! the marble bar's stunning decor is relaxing and mellow, the room service food is fantastic (eggs benedict was a favourite) and the views over the whole of sydney are awesome. i stayed there several times during my 3 weeks in sydney and after the first time i got upgraded to an executive room every time thereafter. really very good.

Great Location friendly and efficent staff ”
The Sydney Hilton lives up to its brand name and the staff were efficient and friendly at all times . Room service was prompt and hot when it arrived. They have blinds that completely black the room out so if you need a get a couple of hours sleep during the day to catch up on jet lag its perfect. For business traveller the desk space was very comfortable and internet connection efficient although coming form Asia I resent having to pay for it ( I know that’s the norm in Australia). The rooms are very small and the bathroom is even smaller however for a solo traveller or a couple I can’t really see a problem I would happily stay there again.

Great location and great hotel”
right in central Sydney, this is a great hotel option. Many places to eat around the hotel, and the hotel itself has decent options. Was very good value too. Would suggest you don't come in by car to Sydney your minimum parking fee is AUD85.00 (30 minutes). This is not the hotel but just Sydney CBD in general.
