Hilton will downgrade guests if booked through Agoda or a third party. Hotel will give you the worst room at the hotel. Very obvious that Hilton does not want you to book through third parties, they would not even give credit for Hilton Honors points.

Perfect location, service not good”
The location is perfect (city-airport train CAT + subway green line U4 ) . In the other hand, hilton vienna park hotel overcharge me, and cleaning service is bad, hotel staff opened my locked room while I was sleeping - maybe confusing room number. I couldnt use my wifi because my name was registered with wrong spelling. Overally, hilton hotel is not well-managed.
