Comfortable Paradise”

There nothing bad to say about this place. The location was prime, the beach was clean, the staff was attentive and helpful, the food delicious, and the overall experience was well worth it. We will definitely be back.

Staff is wonderful and rooms are chic and rustic”

Hip Hotel is situated on the south end of Tulum at the best part of the beach. The rooms are clean and you can easily sleep with your room door open at night and feel safe while watching and listening to waves crash. The breakfast that's included is incredible and the food and drinks are great. This was my second time at the hotel this year and I look forward to returning soon!

Loved every minute! Hated leaving such a beautiful location! Recommend to anyone wanting a quiet location, in walking distance to other bars, restaurants & local shops.

It was an overall good stay, not great not bad but it was good. AC worked, internet worked, food sucked staff was just average.

Great spot to rest”

The only things I would improve about this hotel is the breakfast (more options) and the chairs on the beach, they could do with an upgrade. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and recommend it to anyone in need of a rest.

For those who like to live on the beach”

if you like to have beach feeling and you do not need a pool area, an activity desk and this stuff this is the place to go. the rooms are good standard, not more not less, the staff is very friendly as most staffs in mexico are. stay away if you look for meals with white linen room service, channel tv, ... we would return for sure to hip hotel.

picturesque hôtel, great location”

picturesque hôtel with bungalow style rooms on the lovely tulum beach front. quite far down the end of the hotel zone so bit of a drive or bike ride to town or the ruins. great beach with fantastic service of drinks whilst relaxing on sun beds. complimentary breakfast was ok but nothing great. ocean front rooms for best experience.

No No No !!!”

We got the room on the second floor. The room was not so clean. The water flow in the showers was poor and the water were warm not hot. At the evening we were sitting on the balcony and suddenly a bat fell on the floor from the roof almost on my wife, it was discusting. At the morning when we woke up we realize all the floor covered in black - it was ded muscitos and the bed was fool of bat secreting. We ran away from this hotel and looked for another hotel.

Bra hotell med underbart läge”

Mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Det enda som inte var bra var restaurangmaten. Frukosten var helt ok, i övrigt var det inte någon bra mat. Men det spelade inte ngn större roll eftersom det var nära till flera bra restauranger. Fantastisk strand!! Nära till Mayaruinerna.

Super hyggeligt ”

Har været på rigtig mange hoteller - men har dog aldrig oplevet at der blev tændte fyrfadsstager og små lamper på værelset om aftenen når vi var ude - så romantisk :-). Vi boede i et af de bagerste hytter - må sige at larmen fra deres generator kunne vi måske godt have undværet og hundegøen en stor del af natten.
