The hotel has a friendly and helpful staff who readily assist with booking nearby attractions and tours. The clean and well-maintained rooms offer stunning sea views with some having balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. To be honest I’m so confused to recommend or not this place. In general, it’s very clean, feels safe, nice environment, very pleasant stuff,… But the location… first it’s on the end of the island and yes it’s quiet but you really don’t have to go that far to find quiet places on this island. Second thing - stairs 🙈 there are so many of them. I really can’t imagine going 3-4 times per day up and down… it’s more like go out in the morning and come back after a whole day 😂 but that’s my opinion, some ppl maybe like stairs. Breakfast is so-so, not big variety but what they have is ok… also, there’s nothing near so if you like to have breakfast as soon as you wake up, I would recommend you to add breakfast in your booking.
Emotionally i should mark this experience as 10 out of 10. Super friendly, helpful stuff which really made our rest much better. Absolutely stunning sea view both from bungalow and outside. Great location (close to amazing snorkeling place including shark point (it's not the name just for tourists attraction. Real shark point) in 200 meters from the beach. Breakfast is good enough (it's not wide-ranged but all needed is in place). Also good price in restaurant/shop which is important cause Phi Phi is quite expensive place overall. Complimentary transfer from pier and back also made my experience a little better. What can be better? Just two things: it would be great to have lift cause it's not easy to get on top several times a day (otherwise it's kind of fitness))). And just one really important thing: very poor cleaning. It should definitely be better. At least sand and food parts might not be there after the cleaning. Anyway, these things didn't impacted much our staying in HIP. It was great and I would recommend this place for staying. I leaved in about 10 different hotels on Phi Phi for similar price and this experience was the best one. Thank a lot, HIP team.

The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and well-maintained, with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. I was arranging my boyfriend's birthday surprise, and they organized it very well. One of the best parts of our stay was the activities and excursions offered. The excursion crew was helpful and friendly. Every moment felt like paradise. If you’re looking for a slice of heaven in Thailand, PHI PHI Island is the place! & do not think twice to book HIP Seaview resort!
The view was breathtaking; we loved our breakfast on the terrace. Worth to mention that this little paradise is only accessible by stairs. There's a lift for luggage. It's located in Long Beach, a 10-15 min by boat from the pier, a beautiful and not very crowded beach, perfect for snorkeling; you can even swim to Shark Point. Transportation to the hotel and back to the pier is provided by the hotel only for arrival and departure. There are always boats available just outside the hotel for an additional cost to reach the pier. It's also possible to walk for 45-50 minutes. The rooms are spacious, with sublime sea views, and cleaned daily. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help.

I am very satisfied with this choice. I want a quieter place, so I chose this place, the hotel is very comfortable and beautiful, I wake up every morning in a good mood. There is also a free boat pick-up. The most unforgettable is that all the staff is so professional and sweet, On this trip, my friend slipped and fell on the rock by the sea, the hotel staff helped us disinfect it, and provided free medicine, and asked us to bring it back to the room. It was very considerate, which really brought us an unforgettable experience throughout our journey. I often exercise and climb mountains, so I'm not afraid of stairs, and I think it's good to stand tall and see far. If you are a sports enthusiast, I really recommend it!!
