The apartment is walking distance to Nice old town area on a nice quiet street. A shopping center right across the apartment hotel and easy transportation to tram stops or train station. Nice and clean room with good space for 4 people.

We were there for 10 days. They cleaned our room and changed The towels after 7 days. We had garbage for one week at our room. When it is an appartment hotel, then I expect cleaning more often.

Great hotel apartment in Nice”
We had a great 2 nights stop over in Nice. Check in is super quick. All staff was nice and friendly and spoke good English. Close to train stations but beware the taxis here is a rip off 25 euros for less then 15 min taxi ride from Nice Ville station to the hotel... Come on! Room was clean although the carpet could do with a good scrub. There's a lot of Halal butchers, fast food and restaurants close by. Shopping centre where you can buy groceries, clothes shopping etc. is just across the road. Hop on hop off bus stop just down the road about 10 min walk, everything is walkable distance. They have a self service laundry too but the only thing that sucks about this is the dryer doesn't dry in one cycle you have to do 2 cycle. Bit expensive to wash your clothes 4.50 for wash and 3.50 to dry (forgot the exact amount sorry) If we ever come to Nice again would definitely stay here!

Convenient”
HiPark is conveniently located in the city centre. It has a small sports facility with run, bicycling and elliptical machines, which is much appreciated for a 30 mn daily use to remain in good shape.

Comfortable & conveniently located”
Hotel was good to use as a base to explore Nice, Cannes & Monaco with it being walking distance to the bus stop, and close proximity to the tram stop to connect us to the Nice train station. The staff were very helpful upon check in and throughout our time while at Hipark Residence.

A good location for day trips”
We stayed at Hipark in June. Great location to pick up train at Riquier station for day trips up and down coast. Carrefour and mall across the street to pick up anything you need. A block down and around the corner is the tram to take you to old town, etc. However, we walked all the time; 15 minutes. We wanted to book for next year in May, however, dates were booked.

Nice design boutique hotel”
1) Internet is slow and you have to log in frequently. I take internet as an integral part of my hotel experience as I am a solo traveller who looks for tourism information on the internet quite often. 2) Swimming pool is small but it is better than nothing. To my surprise, the sauna is quite good. In terms of facilities, I cannot complain at this price level. 3) Location is a bit far away from city centre but in Nice, everything is within only walking distance. For people who wish to take airport bus, the bus station is just 5 mins walk, quite convenient 4) Sofa bed is a bad idea as it is not comfortable at all. 5) The room I stayed had a street facing balcony. For tourist who wanna do some people looking, it is a good choice. 6) The hotel is stylish and newly renovated. 7) By the time I arrive the hotel, It was around 1 pm. I asked whether I can do check-in earlier, the reception said it was against hotel policy coz it normally checks in at 3pm. I think he can be more helpful in arranging the hotel room.

we only stayed at this hotel 2 nights for a quick trip, the layout & design of the room is nice, the bed is really comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the location is on the main tram line, only take 15 mins to get to the city. only one thing we don't like is the room is not very soundproof that we can hear the baby was crying at the next room. other than that, it's a nice hotel. enjoy your stay!

A great place to stay at!”
The hotel is a little away from the centre, but not too far out- so everythg is still a walking distance away. Unfortunately no room service so be prepared to eat out all the time. Room gets cleaned every other day. However, despite these cons the pros far outweigh them. The staff is very helpful giving advice. The hotel is very nice & modern, the beds are very comfortable, the walls are soundproof and rooms are dark enough to let u sleep peacefully. The washing machine and dryer facility is s blessings when travelling with kids!

very nice apartment”
We had a very nice stay. Staff are helpful, efficient and friendly. Very spacious apartment, we stayed on the 6th floor with sufficient sunshine and balcony. A supermarket, McDonald's, and Burger shops were just next to or opposite to our hotel, very convenient. just one downside: hotel is not near to city centre, gotta walk for about 5-7 min to reach bus or tram station. all in all, I would highly recommend for those who like cooking own meals. We felt like home during our stay.

Modern apartment hotel with a walking distance from old town ”
Our room was spacious and modern, but it was weird that there were no table or chairs on the balcony and it was not allowed to move the chair or table from inside to the balcony. Breakfast was not OK. Staff was friendly and we got the help we needed. The pool area is quite small and there were no sun beds. There is a shopping mall very close by with a big grocery store (Carrefour). Old town is about 15 minutes walking from the hotel.

well located for easy access to Nice, quiet”
We stayed for 3 nights in a 3 bed room (sofa bed in separate sleeping area within the kitchen/dining area). The room was spacious and the kitchenette was useful for making drinks and breakfasts. The room was well soundproofed. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location for trams (Acropolis stop 5 mins walk away). Close to a chicken takeaway, McDonalds and a large supermarket. The only major problem is the shower screens are too narrow, and the bath a bit difficult to get in and out of, and water goes all over the bathroom floor as it runs around the shower screen! had to mop up with towels and then ask for replacements, which took some time to be delivered. The Hotel has a small swimming pool on the roof which was unheated, but there are no sunbeds and no eating and drinking/smoking allowed on the pool deck. The hotel had problems with their room key system while we stayed which meant we couldn't be given more than one key for 3 people- did cause inconvenience! The reception staff were a little disinterested, seemed busy and not over helpful.Overall though I feel it was reasonable value for money considering it is convenient for Nice attractions.

Great location for accessing all of Nice and beyond.”
The location is fab. A 5 min walk to the train station, a 10/15 min walk to the port and the old town. Plenty supermarkets around for your essentials. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. Slightly on the small side but absolutely fine for a base if you're out and about seeing beautiful Nice. The rooftop pool is a nice extra after a day out in the sunshine. Again quite small but fine for a dip at the end of a day exploring. We would stay again.

Stylish hotel and close to a major shopping mall”
stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. the hotel's interior decoration is stylish. it is also equipped with a roof top swimming pool. the size of a double room is not big. however the bed inside the room is a sofa bed. once folded, it can give you some extra space inside the room. hotel staff members are sincere and speak good english. they also provide good sightseeing recommendations.
