great location,but basic hotel”
Don`t expect much,you get for what you pay,if it`s cheap, you don`t get much,it`s one of the cheapest hotels in paris,but i didn`t care cos i was just looking for a place to crash(a bed with a roof).It fitted the purpose for me,but if you look for a nice hotel,look somewhere else,but it`s in the center of paris not far from gare de l`est and gare du nord,very convenient if you are travelling,and next to the tube station,i was happy with the booking,cheap and usefull,and i am french,so a good stay .

Budget and no Frills.”
Extremely dilapidated but comfortable hotel. extremely close to a good metro and its connecting line (didn't have to travel too far to get anywhere). The restaurant/pub below and on the corner sold great food and beer at very reasonable prices. The room was as expected, communal bathroom/ shower in need of a good repair but nothing too hideous- again I must reiterate that the price of the room was really reflected in the state of the place. No elevator and the staircase felt like it might collapse at any moment but that just added to the charm of the place.

Cheap and basic Paris address for the low budget”
This is the low budget end of Paris hotels. But this is also the low end of facilities. "room without shower" means without shower, i.e. no shower anywhere, not even down the hallway, where you find a shared toilet. 10 min. from the Gare d'Est is a great location, as it is close to the city with metro (Colenel Fabian), but in an area where you also get a dinner for under €10 if you are on a low budget. The main manager could do with a course in giving a smile, his seeming reserved arrogance is a bit hard to take over a week.

At the price, you can get: one bed,one desk/chair,one washbowl w/hot and cold faucets and one heater. In one hour, I can walk from hotel to Notre Dame de Paris. In half an hour, I can walk from hotel to the Opera area. My room was at 4th Floor. Maybe I will still choose this hotel for my next visit, for its price is pretty attractive. I prefer spending money to cafe,visiting and shopping.What you get is what you pay.

Near the trainstation but tiny room”
it was my first time in paris, i just booked it because it near the paris est and paris nord station. i was ok with it but i will not recommend it for any one who is on honey moon. many activities to do in paris so the hotel is not so important for you, just need a place to sleep.

Basic Hotel”
Super clean toilet and sink in the room. Clean shared shower room across our room. Very clean towels and soap provided. The walls in the room a bit dirty. Dust at the side and corners of floor. No lift, no internet and not possible to leave luggage there after check-out. Overall, would recommend as basic accommodation for a budget price.

Actually it's not hotel. I would say, it's hostel with single accomodation. And most photo from internet site agoda is lie!! Living condition is poor, but it's suitable if you going only sleep in this place And I lived on 5 floor, but in friday-saturday it's very loud music inside neighbor restaurant on the 1 floor. It's difficult to sleep in these days

small simple affordable hotel”
the location of the hotel is really okay, not really in Paris downtown but easily reachable with Metro. My room was small but clean, but the shared bathroom and toilette was very small and dirty. Since I've read the review before that it is not that clean, I'm ready with my plastic sandals for taking a shower - so it's okay. the price is okay for a city like Paris, since the single room is quite comfortable

The staff spoke english and were often at the reception. The hotell overall felt a bit spooky and claustrophobic, due to the fact of that the wooden stairs were always skweaking, the corridors and rooms were narrow and the shared toilet and shower was in a bad shape. This is a hotel for the person who has low demands, would like to save money and is not afraid of sleeping alone. But since I only stayed at the hotel while I was sleeping, the stay in Paris was memorable and comfortable. Luckily the rooms are in much better shape than the rest of the hotel. I would recommend whoever is staying here to do so with a partner for a better experience.

Came here for a night to transit before going to another country - service is not as friendly as I've seen in other hotels, room was a bit dirty, and quite close to the street so noisy outside. Prices good for Paris though.

Great location with a basic room”
short stay with 2 girlfriends. They are very strict about the number of people. We booked a double room but they wont allow us to fit 3 people in there. The receptionist gave us another single room with a cheap rate. Ejoyed our stay there. They also have housekeeping services. What more can u ask for? Its a really basic room room so do not expect coffee and tea or laundry services but for the price i paid..its worth it for me

Nowhere near gare de l’est Or Gare du Nord as suggested by the description. Very rude staff, no free WiFi. Paid WiFi didn’t work at all. No concierge service.....To be avoided at all costs

Great location,friendly staff, no shower on floor ”
I stayed in a room with a shared shower/bathroom, but should not have done so: My room was on the 6th floor, the only accessabel shared (and tiny) shower on the 2nd - no elevator! The room was clean, but furniture was a little old. There was a sink in the room. Besides that, however, the hotel's location was great and staff very friendly!

This was a nice hotel with a perfect location! Walking distance to everything. But I was a bit surprised by one of the male member of the staff. He came on to us, and it became a bit uncomfortable.

The quality of this hotel, especially the cleanliness of the room and the hotel was absolutely terrible.. It's very not recommended to stay here.. But it's very cheap for paris.. So money says everything..
