The room is clean and spacious. If you are a light sleeper better choose another neighborhood, the hostel prepare ear plug but still. Since I’m not a light sleeper, there is no problem for me. My only ‘complaint’ is the water heater temperature control, which located outside of your shower cubicle, so you need to do it before taking shower or else you have to use the previous set.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very accommodating and friendly staff. It is near clark quay so very accessible to tourists. Though the place is located at circular road, so it’s kind of loud at night because of the pubs but they will provide you with earplugs. Also, if you’re carrying a big/heavy luggage, you might have some trouble going up stairs. There are no elevator and the rooms are located at the 3rd and 4th floor. But nonetheless, if you’re looking for a budget hostel, I would recommend this one! The room/bed is not as cramped compared to others.

Good place for low cost traveling. The staff are nice, and the place look good. However, the bathroom are a little worn-out and the bathroom lock and towel hanger in the bathroom are too high for my girlfriend to use (she is 153 cm height).

Easy check in/out. Superb location (easy to find food and place to hangout). Super clean place. Very helpful receptionist. Friendly environment especially the place to hangout. Got simple breakfast (self service). Need to climb stairs to get to this place. So mind your luggage. 😁. It gets noisy at night from the pubs below but they give you earplug during check in. But overall, i would recommend this place for solo/couple travel.

Not bad for a budget traveler”
At first, I was a bit confused and slightly regretted since my late arrival made the situation looks not so great. Had to self-checked in and also got the wrong bad at first which we corrected ourselves immadiately. Once I used to this, didn't feel awkward. But it could be better that shower booth has more cover or colored glass so no one can see easily on next booth. This booth, once water touched, it became a bit clear to see through. Other than that, was happy staying there.

Best Hostel Ever! ”
It’s my first time staying in a hostel but Hipstercity didn’t disappoint! Rissa the receptionist, my fellow filipina is very accommodating. The location is very near to most of the tourist spots. It is located along the pub crawl but not noisy at night. I had the best experience during my stay. I saved a lot of money for transportation. It is also near Raffles Place Mrt station which is very accessible going to and from Changi Airport . Highly recommend this hostel!

추억에 남을 도미토리”
도미토리인 걸 모르고 더블베드라기에 덜컥 예약을 해서 첨엔 당황스러웠어요. 모든 침대는 사다리를 타고 2층으로 올라가야 해요! 새벽 체크인인데 숙소 앞이 각종 취객으로 가득했고, 체크인 프론트에서 이어플러그를 나눠주길래 아 잘못 왔다 후회할 뻔 했는데~ 2박을 묵어보니 공동샤워실과 도미토리룸에만 잘 적응하면 나머지는 모두 재미있고 좋았어요! 코로나로 3년만에 다양한 나라에서 온 사람들과 북적이는 느낌이 반갑고 즐거웠네요. 프론트 층에서 먹은 조식뷔페(?)도 알찼고 숙소 위치도 놀러 다니기 좋은 곳이었어요!
