Woken up at 5:30 each morning by everyone’s alarms for early surfing. No curtains on beds and dirt track into the accommodation is very uncomfortable to ride in on.

Okay but not great”
I've been staying in hostels most of my travel, I can say Hiraya is in the middle. The dorm room is spacious and has its own bathroom. But the location is the worst its hard to find and its rought road even using a motorbike its hard to access not safe at night, no light and no sign of the place. The "lobby" is small and kinda boring. All in all will bot recommed the place.

I stayed at Hiraya for 3 nights and had a blast! Met some of the most beautiful and friendly people and the staff was very accommodating and easygoing. I will definitely come back!

Exceptional”
Staff / accoms / cleanliness / value for money- all good. BYO padlocks and make sure to lock your valuables, generally clean - they frequently clean the pool also. Only downside is the roughy road going into the place and not that accessible to the other sites. Need to definitely rent a scooter. They post high/ low tide schedules and where the party is at. Generally helpful staff and owner. Lights out by 10pm

Had to extend my stay on this slow-paced, chill, diversed, and fun hostel because it just keeps getting better everyday. Rapha always makes an effort to make every guest feel involved and part of the group. Top ranked surf instructors are always available for lessons even in the break of dawn for a sunrise surf. Daily Activities and the places to be for a night party are always posted on the board. All in all, can't wait to be back. See you soon, Hiraya.

Location is not good kasi paloob siya, maputik at mabato din papasok. Medyo malayo din sa Cloud 9 Also, kung gusto mo magpahinga, much better na kumuha ng private room nalang kasi pag dormitory type, medyo mahirap magpahinga considering na may mga kasama ka na lasing lasing ng uuwi ng madaling araw

My home away from home. I was welcomed by their adorable dogs. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The place is clean and well kept. Nice location tho it's too malubak outside 🤣 It's about 5 mins drive to Cloud 9 and walking distance to Catangnan BBQ. No issues in terms of internet connection and they have coworking space too.

I’ve travelled to Siargao countless times since ‘09 and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed in. The place is quiet, the rooms are spacious and very clean. They have fast internet for digital nomads and a pool to chill in. What more could you ask for? Hiraya is island vibes at its finest!
