Very convenient location, right in front of a bus stop and close to train stations. Beds were average, but still comfortable. Pillows could've been better, but I was able to request an additional from the front desk which was better. Overall I'd recommend this hotel. We did not eat the breakfast, but instead took short walks to local cafes.

Location is excellent, breakfast is good. I really like their spacious bathroom, I soak in hot tub both day and night and feel welcome to meet a staff also from Taiwan.

Spacious room,excellent location ”
The hotel is nearly new, located at central downtown, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Walk distance to all popular travel spots. Staff members are as extremely polite as Japanese always be. And the best thing of this hotel is the room is huge compares with others. We can leave 2 suitcases open on floor during 3 days stay. Beautiful country, wonderful space. Told the staff that we would see them next year.

It is my second time to stay here. The location is excellent to reach everywhere and everthing you want. Walkable from bus station and only a minute to main shopping area. The room is clean and the service is great. Recommend to everyone.

The location is great and the Donki is just in opposite. The main shopping area can be reached in a min. The room is clean and has a good view. Will absolutly stay here again.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything! Easy access to Peace Memorial Park, food, shopping and entertainment. The staff is excellent and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima.

Great hotel in a shopping street”
Hotel is located beside Hondori shopping street. Check in was greeted with a smile by a Chinese lady. Process was fast and smooth. Room is clean and well kept by the cleaner. The hotel have a wide spread for breakfast, Japanese, English and salad. Staff is helpful and friendly throughout my stay. There is a lot of fast food restaurants and udon chain restaurants around the hotel. Don Quijote is just beside the hotel. A value for money hotel worth recommending

One of the more higher end hotels of our trip. Not traditional and very westernized. Close to Hiroshima Peace Museum, just a 10-15 min walk. Close to shopping arcade too.

Room Cleaning is not daily and Not clear”
Other than room cleaning, the hotel is perfect. The room cleaning is done only once every 3 days. this is acceptable as it is part of the hotel effort to limit waste and be more ecofriendly. However, it is informed that the garbage bin and towels will be changed daily. After 1 week, no one took the tea bags I left on the tray that is specific for the tea bags. Also the ashtray was not properly emptied.

Nice location and choose a Non-smoking room if you really need a non-smoking room”
Hotel room is dark and bed runner is also dark, there is enough lighting anyway. I just don't feel comfy with dark interiors. Bed is OK and rooms's cleaned everyday. Since we settled for a smoking room due to unavailability of non-smoking rooms, I can't complain about the smell of smoke. On our first night, the smell is really evident however it got better after that. They have a room deodorizer in the room. I love the bathroom in this hotel. Very big and modern. Breakfast is commendable with good choices. Servers are efficient and they change serving spoons often, a good habit to avoid contamination.

The location is great and the room is a bit larger than the ones in some big cities. Quite surprised by the washroom. The toilet and the bath area is separated and it is user-friendly. Highly recommend!!

It locate in the center of shopping arcade which has so many bus pass. Close to bus stop and tram station. There is free coffee on the reception floor. Room is good except some are has much of dust such as luggage rack, bed lamp etc.

Perfect location for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and bars. Just a few minutes walk to the closest tram stop. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. No kettle in the room., though I'm wondering if they've been removed due to the current COVID situation??? My room was at the back side of the hotel, overlooking a public open space. At night the area is a common hangout spot for people to skateboard, drink, rev their car engines, etc. etc. The hotel really needs to install better windows or better curtains to block the noise. This might have been the noisiest room I've ever stayed in! Hotel seems to be following COVID prevention measures from what I saw at reception.
