The location is really in the bar area, when in the weekend is really Annoying at night, and the bathroom s facilities is really old and almost broken. Wish that it could change, but the price of the hotel is really cheap!

Bring Ear Plugs!”

The only pro is the location. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from people in the other rooms. Unless you are an amazing sleeper, or are planning on being out all night, I wouldn’t waste a nights sleep here.

There are two locations”

We booked this at the very last minute (the morning itself on the check in date) and the owner was very accommodating to let us check in early as we were leaving the same evening anyway. Please note that there are two locations. the one we were in Kazincy, was just ok. The room had not been aired for a while and smelt damp. The cleanliness could have been heaps better. However, we appreciated the friendliness and the fact that the owner was flexible and accommodating. As we only stayed a few hours until the time for our evening flight, we were not concerned about the overall comfort of the room. the location is good, about 8 minutes' walk to Astoria metro on the red line.

Ottimo il prezzo e la posizione ma manca tutto il resto. Lo stabile è vecchio e mal tenuto, ma ancora peggio l appartamento è vecchio, arredato grossolanamente, con pavimenti che fanno rumore nel camminarci su, la mancanza di aria condizionata e ventilatore fanno tenere la finestra aperta, ma rendono difficile prendere sonno perché giù ci sono locali e ci sono voci fino alle 3-4 di notte. Letto duro e scomodo. Basterebbero pochi accorgimenti per migliorare la vivibilità.

安さだけなら”

周りの宿に比べると値段はとても安いです。建物もなかなかに味があって、ある意味楽しめます。飲食店、飲み屋が周辺にたくさんあって、私が泊まった日は酔っ払いがうるさくて全く眠れませんでした。

없는 게 없습니다”

욕실과 샤워가 공용인 것은 좀 불편합니다. 방은 넓고 공유 주방, 공유 세탁기 등 다양한 것들을 사용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 키를 키 박스에서 찾아야 하는데 어려워서 애를 좀 먹었습니다. 키 박스가 다르면 여는 법도 좀 달랐습니다.
