Just a bit away from Mon Jam where is being mixed between the real local people lifestyle and the new modern accomodation style. We were happy that we have found this place. It is in Mhong Village, it is calm, peaceful, touch the sound of nature, nearby there are veg, orange plantation. The lodge has been maintained very well and the staff all are frienrdly, modest. Also the super breakfast. It is best for relaxing, simple, away from crowds. We realky recommend this lodge to all freinds.

Amazing place for beauty and peace ”
We loved it here so much. So beautiful and peaceful. Staff are friendly and helpful! Only one complaint that foods could be healthier and more farm to table. We will be back definitely 🙏

Terrible experience, filthy and lacks basic facilities. e.g. intercom”
I’d never stay there or recommend anyone for whom cleanliness and safety is a concern. I found moldy pillows, disgustingly dirty shower area and unkept, dirty room. The hotel is in the middle of a forest, on a hilly area, local tour operator warned of safety when it’s not occupied by large groups of guests. The rooms are isolated and there’s no intercom connection in the room to contact the reception in case of any need, incident or accident. Most importantly, even after informing the need of HALAL/VEGAN food for us as as Muslim guests, nothing was made available to cater us. They didn’t have any selection of veg or mushrooms to serve us, food served to us was tasteless. However, surprisingly toilet was clean, staff were exceptionally good and accommodating, the open ground where non-veg/non-halal dinner buffet was served, was beautiful and well kept. I was disappointed with Agoda’s response DELAYED response timing, will try avoiding booking rooms with them for that reason.

Second thing after the stunning view was the cleanliness of the room. Granted, the room comfort was just about there, and it was a Tad dark, the rain shower in room 125 was the best I had in Chiangmai area. Fantastic, especially after a night of drinking at beer house across the street. The sheets and towels were clean, the bed a bit hard and the left window wont close properly so it got a Tad chilly at night. They have open fire pit to share between four rooms and they also provide Hmong dance show after dinner. All in all, this is a great place to stay at Mae Rim.

Comfort in a mountain”
We upgraded our room to a big size and it was very comfortable. That night was about 6 celsious, so the portable heater provided was useful. The shower was separated from the restroom and the sink, which was nice. The day bed was great and we loved the balcony. This place is far from Maerim, so once you go up to the resort, you can't or wouldn't want to go down to the Mae Rim activity scene as the road was windy. The food and the shows were great.

Stunning views ”
The setting is stunning, looking up a valley and watching the water buffalo come down. The lodges are comfortable and the garden is great for lolling about in. It takes quite a while to get to and there is not much to do once you are there. But if you know that, that's OK. The food is not great for vegetarians although they tried. And they were not offering lunch when we were there which meant a long drive back down the hill.

Good Environment With Poor Operation!”
We were attracted by its introduction of website. Activities like trekking tour by their 'Experienced' tour guide Ito the Hilltribe Village, see the Hmong culture embroidery, weaving & batik, massage by the pool side etc.... Nothing of the above happens! We struggled a long time upon check in, communicating of the activities. None of the staff can speak English! We get our driver who can speak only very little english to translate. They told us there is no village, no trekking & no massage. I took 1 brochure from the front desk & pointed at the activities shown trying very hard to ask them. Finally they got their manager to speak to me over the phone. At least I can understand his English. The manager rushed back from Chiangmai to attend to my request. We managed to go trekking to the Hilltribe the next morning led by a tour guide who cannot speak a word of English. The walking journey to the Hilltribe was fantastic with a scenic view but we saw nothing in the village except some old f

Peaceful and simplicity ”
My husband and I stayed there for one night in mid January 2017. We both loved the place, it's very quiet surrounded by nature and the temperature at night time get a bit cool with all amenities and facilities that the lodge provided just enough. Definitely go back again if we have time

the hotel is located in the hill, environment was actually very nice, but if you are staying here make sure that you prepare some food if you usually get hungry during the night because everything will be closed around 8 pm.
