Amazing ”
It was perfect !! The staff is very nice very friendly and full of good advice ! They help us to book tour for My Son and also Cham Island with very attractive price and the tour were really perfect !! The location was closed to the old town (10 minutes walk) and close to An Bang beach (2 km 10 minutes by bike)! We really love our stay here!! The name of the hotel has changed is now called "the family" and we really feel like we are in a family :) Thank a lot for making our Hoi An stay so magical !! Lola and Claire

Budget hotel in Hoi An that meets basic needs”
This hotel met our needs for a short stay in Hoi An. AC, Hot Water, Internet, Cable TV with English Channels and a refrigerator. The room was clean and amenities were adequate. Room had limited electrical outlets for electronic gear. Staff wanted to sell me onward transportation and was a bit pushy about it. Placed them on ignore! The local bus station is 3-4 blocks from the hotel (take a left out of the hotel), nobody will tell you that as they want to sell you something. You can catch the bus to Danang for less than a dollar (18,000 Dong). Don't fall for the private car, mini-bus, taxi routine that most of the travelling sheep in Hoi An do. The town is uber touristy and I got out of there after 2 days and went to Danang. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the old town (tourist area) where you will be approached every 20 feet to buy something from someone! Very tiring after a bit!

Affectional Family Hotel”
I spent 5 nights in this very friendly Hotel. Staff was amazing in all kinds of service, they really helped me out in all possible ways. Pros: Rooms were clean and roomy, all service functioned without problems. Good breakfast between 7.30-9.40am. Located 10-15min walking distance from the old town. Cons: Main road in front of the Hotel can be noisy in the mornings. Thanks Family Hotel for these few nice days in Hoian!

best favorite hotel”
I stayed 2days this hotel. I traveled in Vietnam for 2weeks. This hotel is the best one while I visited various city. Stuff is very friendly and speaking English very well. Room is clean. Location is near from enjoy spot in Hoian.

Better Hotels Out There”
Booked Superior Double for 2 nights. Nothing superior about it. Hotel located on main road and with balcony doors that don't shut properly, the room was very noisey. Also noise heard from the reception as above the door are big wooden vents. Everytime the phone rings, you hear it, started at 6am. Bed uncomfortable with dier pillows. The daily cleaning involves the cleaner opening your door, throwing cleanish towels on your bed emptying your bin. When we checked in the staff member was very kind but after that customer service was poor. Breakfast tasted good but not enough - consists of 1 food item and 1 drink item from menu (small omelette and small coffee in my case). WiFi OK Air con excellent Wanted to stay 2 more nights in Hoi An so booked round the corner for not much more. Won't return.

Nice hotel, bathroom smelt, good location ”
Only bad point was the bathroom smelt very strongly of bug spray and open vents in the room meant we could hear the cleaners and cooks because we were on the bottom floor. Apart from that our stay was very good and amazing value for the price.

arriving at the bus station a guy was picking up people to go to the hotel so let us jump in along with anyone else who was interested in staying here too. standard rooms. good tours to book from the hotel with workers speak ok english. there is no pool in this hotel which is says there is and there is a picture of a pool outside the front of hotel which was disappointing!! breakfast basic, bread and eggs.

The room was dark and the blanket amd pillow have no shhets on so its pretty dirty. The room has ac and Tv and bathroom. But you will find very close hotels with same standard and biger room for way less money. The breakfast was pretty good, but I would not recommand to stay because pf the high price for low standarts

we had a nice stay at the hotel. check-in was done very well even if they try to sell you their additional services. but they take a no for a no which we appreciated. the location is a bit out of the old town but it is approx 10min walk.

The hotel was old, normal room area, but very poorly equipped bedrooms, all things old, blankets without coating and only 1 thin cloth. Dedicated receptionist, warm. If you have the opportunity to come back here I would not book this hotel again.

We stayed 2 nights here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They might ask you about your next destination to sell tours and bus tickets but not pushy. The room was okay and the bathroom was also big enough. You don't feel like taking shower with toilet as normally the bathroom is small.

Perfect location, fantastic staff”
Short walk to the old town and can rent bikes for a ten minute ride to the beach. Beds are dangerously comfortable but what made this place so special for us was the staff, who are truly superb.

NEVER AGAIN”
By far the worst "hotel" I ever had in Vietnam. The bathroom is smelly from from the drain and full with mold. Rooms are totally different not like displayed here. The bed is hard and the blanket almost not exist. There was always annoying loud noises on the corridor. People screamed around. I am still so dissapointed to waste 2 precious days of my vaccation there. Do not go there, you'll regret.

terrible nightmare”
this is the worst hostel in Hoi An i think. We asked for the hair dryer and they said the other guests borrow all and even they dont mind to move any finger to ask the other guests if they finish using and can take back it to us. !! Sheets are too thin for a winter night 15 degree in Hoi An. The staff voice and attitude to us are very stinky and impolite. They even jumped in to our room without asking or knocking
