Peaceful Hotel”
If you want a quiet stay experience, Hoa Phat is the ideal hotel to stay. Conveniently less than 20mins ride from the airport cost less than 100K VND. Gigamall is the latest mall in Thu Duc district and it is less than 10mins ride from hotel. This is my several stays in Hoa Phat. The 1 bedroom apartment is fantastically spacious and cheap. I only got a leaky water pipe but it was repaired rightaway. If the hall is airconditioned it will be perfect as the weather now is extremely hot and humid and I need to shower several time a day if I not going out.

A little dated but great staff”
We changed rooms twice due to a leak in the bathroom and the replacement not having a balcony. We found the rooms spacious but the beds rather hard. It’s location is distant from the city centre but the water bus runs regularly and is very cheap. The staff’s English is not great but they make every effort to meet your requirements.

I booked 2 rooms and called the hotel 3 times before staying there to confirm and tell the notes. And the staff agreed with my note. But when I was there at the time I booked, the staff told me that the type of room I booked was full because agoda didnt update Hoa Phat's available rooms, and told me to change another type of room :))) Poor me

Disappointing service and extremely late checking! ”
We had to wait for more than two hours to receive the rooms. The check-in time was 2:00 p.m., but the hotel didn't have rooms available until 3:00 p.m., citing that the janitor staff were cleaning rooms. The air-conditioning system in one of the rooms didn't work, so it was so hot in the middle of the day. It was very disappointing stay at this hotel.

The terrible hotel service! ”
We travelled in a big group on a trip. The hotel didn't have rooms available for us to check in even though I booked the check-in time in advance. We had to wait for more than two hours to receive the fourth room. We were so exhausted to wait for the rooms. One of the rooms was so hot with no air-conditioning in the living room, and the air-conditioning in the bedroom didn't work. It was a terrible experience in this hotel. I wouldn't recommend your stay in this hotel. Chúng tôi du lịch công tác theo đoàn lớn. Tôi đã đặt phòng và giờ nhận phòng nhưng phải chờ hơn 2 tiếng mới nhận được phòng thứ 4. Nhiêù người trong đoàn rất mệt vì phải ngồi chờ nhận phòng. Một trong các phòng rất nóng vì không có máy lạnh trong phòng khách, còn máy lạnh phòng ngủ bị hư. Việc ở phòng khách sạn như vậy thật tồi tệ. Tôi khuyên các bạn nên cân nhắc kỹ và không nên ở đây.

I was fooled by the hotel.”
Everything is a lie in this hotel. Room size. Check-in time. Charge. The room is very dirty. No hot water comes out of the shower. The hotel promised to include breakfast but did not have it. The reception is very intimidating and not friendly. Never use this hotel again.

My 2nd stay and experience”
I selected this hotel again for the sake of conveniently located near to my friend that is staying in the Thu Duc District. This time I stayed in a 1 Bedroom apartment. As I check-in early at 9am, I was given a deluxe room 406 instead as the room I booked wasn't ready. I was led to #406 and thinking I might as well stay here but the sudden heavy downpour had helped me to insist back my original booking. The glass door to balcony was not able to secure properly and re-enforced with latches. This couldn't hold the strong wind and it explained the broken glass window. So Hoa Phat business owner, please do some repair to room 406. Everything in 1-bedroom apartment #501 is ok except the power keep tripping. Although it didn't affect the bedroom tv and aircon, the fridge and aircon in the hall were not. I turned back on the circuit breaker but minutes later it tripped again. Hoa Phat business owner, you should look into it as it is a hazard that compromised safety.

Lovely hotel close to river , Price very cheap”
We booked tours from the hotel for cu chi tunnels & mekong river trip it is definitely much cheaper to do than book through travel agents. They have free pick up from the airport to hotel. we paid in us dollars most of the time and were given change in us dollars. The apartment really nice that full set of amenities to cook and washing ourself , The hotel offer free transportation to go arround 3 sqkm or Suoi Tien Theme Park. All the staffs friendly and helpfull. Thank you everyone

Large rooms, good service, No way out but taxi.”
this place is great value for money but once in there even a walk is out of the question as the road out front is crazy with 95% scooters. i put my shoes on early in morning to take a run and got 100m to main road and realised not possible plus no side walk at all. we stayed 2 nights and ate there 1 night and not great food but adequate and cheap. breakfast not buffet and just an item from menu. however the highlight was the drive in and out. i am well travelled and even i was amazed at the amount of scooters that fit on road and how many people fit on them. this was a true vision of the real ho chi minh that you will not see in centre, very poor area i think. oh and if you thinking hotel with swimming pool forget that. the pool looks like it has not seen water for some time and was used for storage. the does need to be taken off web site as we were looking for pool.

Amazing Service, Beautiful People”
this was an amazing experience, our first hotel in vietnam and the best so far. apparently new to the hotel, a young woman named cuc who spoke english fairly well was available whenever we needed her to arrange transportation and provide information. the room was clean, and air conditioned which provided a great escape from the humidity. a cab ride of about $10 (us/aus) to get into the city was well worth it compared to staying right at the hub, for example district 1, purely for the experience. i think they are even building a pool!

Perfect stay and great service”
I was there with my family and 2 kids (younger).. staff was very friendly.. felt like we stayed in friends house rather than a hotel.. swimming pool with jackets for kids.. food is great and cheap.. Manager was cool guy.. Guided us local tours with reasonable and better travel agents.If I get another chance to visit HCM city, definitely i would prefer to stay at this hotel. Only issue is that bit far from city(shopping place)..

i had a nice stay at this hotel. a little far from downtown but very quiet, nice landscape. take taxi about 10 usd to get into the city was well worth it compared to staying in downtown (very expensive for all, noise,..). and the staff is very friendly, helpful, and its restaurant serves good, cheap price.

hotel was nice and clean, staff helpful, good location next to market. more for the older crowd though as i was youngest person there with the exception of some families with young kids. basically not the place for a mid twenty year old to find drinking partners. wifi network excellent although some sites were restricted which affected me as i am a professional poker player and because of that my stay was limited to one night. highly recommended hotel

When i chose this hotel, i knew that it was located away from the city side. It was quiet and had decent facilities. The wifi connectivity was strong. The food was great if you are not picky. The receptionist was polite as well. The only concern was there were ants found in the rooms. There were also mosquitoes around the area. But there's nothing else to pick on besides this.
