THE OWNER WAS ABUSING ME BADLY THIS MORNING WE HAVE TO PAY TWICE BEFORE THEY GIVE US OUR PASSPORTS BACK. HAVE REPORTED THIS INCIDENT TO AGODA AND WAITED FOR A GOOD RESPOND.

Nice Hotel”

Except the location is 2 Km outside the city center, everything was great. The hotel room design is suitable to the Western Traveler. The room is Spacious, comfortable matress, and contemporary style. We are really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staffs are very friendly and ready to accomodate everything that you need during the visit. We give it an 8.5 rating.

Quiet place with a lot of space ”

We met the owner and he was really nice. The hotel is a little of the main city but that’s not an issue. The room was really big. The tv had satellite so as a stop before leaving Vietnam into Cambodia it was good.

I booked 2 superior deluxe room for 2 days but the FO staff provide us the bad room at 1st day and after we complain he changed us the good room at 2nd day but the price is the same for 2 days and it makes me very bad feeling

I booked 2 deluxe double room. When I arrived the reception gave me 1 room which’s exactly type of I book and other room was super tiny ( half of size) and not the type of what I was paying for. I asked him twice for change other room but he said was fully book and gave me room at the basement which’s no window and horrible of smell. I don’t know why you guys showing on the website that type of room available but obviously it’s not. I am professional of travel and I has been more than 30 countries around the world. But this’s so disappointed and unprofessional !!

Có ghi phần ăn sáng nhưng lúc tới thì nhân viên báo là không có. Lúc đầu vào tắm nhà tắm không thoát nước lênh láng nước. Báo với nhân viên và đã được xử lý. Nhưng cũng mang lại trải nghiệm ban đầu không tốt

Đây gọi là nhà nghỉ chứ không phải kiểu khách sạn đúng nghĩa. Giá tầm 250-300k thì chấp nhận được nhưng giá tôi trả là 450k thì quá đắt. Không có bất cứ 1 dịch vụ ji ngoài cái phòng để ngủ nên chỉ đáng tiền giá đấy. Never comeback.
