        Nice hotel and staff”

        This hotel is very nice decoration , especially miss Tran at reception. I stayed at a few hotel in Tay Ninh, but HOANG Mai Hotel will be in my first list. Definitely come back!

        Not very clean and lack of flexibility”

        I was spending the night in Room 01. 1. Not very clean: - There is a used condom on the top of the wardrobe. - A millipede fell on me whilst I was laying on the bed. 2. Lack of flexibility: - No early check-in (cost extra) - We were trying to negotiate to rent a bike for 4 hours but still got charged full-day fee. 3. Not enough facility: I saw a fridge in the room pictures but in reality, no fridge in my room.

        I liked my stay at Hoang Mai. It is well located, the reception staff were super friendly. Place was decent, room had aircon, TV, and bar fridge. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There is a patio area and nice garden.
