Helpful staff ”

Accommodation was alright but bathroom without window. Staff was always willed to help and sell rentals, tours and laundry.

Great location and view”

Entrance seemed to be family living room. Do to lack of language skills, staff seemed rude at times when trying to make friendly enquiries. Great view from the Seaview room. The mattress was very hard, WiFi only in the entrance hall. Very good location, but still quiet enough to sleep.

We recommend”

We spend 7 nights there. The room with balcony we had was clean, spacious and with beautiful view. The localisation is perfect, close to the beach and just enough away of the busy part of town. We took a tour with them (along bay) and was also good. Sure is not a 5 stars hotel, but very good value for money.

Two day break in Cat Ba ”

The hotel itself is pretty reasonable. We booked last minute so probably overpaid slightly and it didn't include breakfast. The room was clean but the bed was rock hard which didn't work for me so I had two pretty sleepless nights. The lift is a great help if your on the 7th floor as we were and the view from the communal balcony was a plus. There was an issue with the hotel trying to get me to pay them again even though I booked through the website. I think if I had not been so adamant I would have easily been double charged and it was a bit awkward. Rooms not at the front have windows onto the corridor so maybe request a view if that's important.

Wow....just the place I was looking for”

Sensational food, accommodation bungalows set over the water, spectacular scenery, never ever had so much fun in a 2 star resort.

Friendly staff but just an ordinary hotel”

The front rooms have great harbour views (around the power pole) but the middle rooms are like caves. After the first night in 503 we were able to move to 601. It was good in most respects, but the bed was very lumpy. The balcony, although not exclusively ours, was a lovely place for enjoying senset beers. An adequate egg, bread, banana and coffee breakfast was included. The staff was friendly and helpful but perhaps a bit too eager to rent us their motorbikes.

stayed for three nights here - enjoyed the stay but the dampness during march made for less than pleasant memories. staff was friendly enough but there because they were family members rather than having any formal training, so service was inconsistent. there are many choices in town and just outside so not sure if would stay here again.

Very helpful staff, despite language barrier”

Our room was very large, very clean. The bathroom was large and clean, though there was just an open floor plan -- no bathtub or shower door which got everything wet. But it drained quickly. The bed was comfy, and the AC was great! we had a wonderful view of the harbor and a balcony just in front of the room (though not connected to the room). The staff was very friendly, despite not speaking any English. They met every need we had. A strange feature is that they controlled the electricity from the front desk, so that we often had to call down to ask them to turn on our power switch to operate the air con.

Muy satisfechos con todo en general ”

Todo muy bien en general. Un punto muy importante, el personal a pesar del bajo nivel de ingles que tienen (lo cual no critico) es bastante eficiente! Nos consiguieron la mejor oferta (comparada con otros viajeros)para ir en barco a la Bahia de Halong con todo incluido!!

Futur hotel à recommander”

Personnel ne parle pas beaucoup anglais mais fait de gros efforts. Même si l'hõtel est en grande rėnovation, on nous avait placė au 6e étage donc relativement calme. Chambre très propre mais matelas très dur. Hotel bien situé en face de la mer et près des restaurants. Cet hotel sera recommandé de notre part dès la construction terminée.

Hôtel simple mais propre et chambre correcte”

Hôtel légèrement excentré par rapport au coeur de la ville mais mous avons eu une chambre propre et spacieuse au 5ème étage avec vue sur la Baie d'Halong. Petit dejeuner moyen. Pas mal de bruit dès 6h du matin car l'hôtel à côté était en travaux. Le personnel est serviable, disponible et à l'écoute.

Hotel agréable en plein centre”

Hôtel récent dans le style vietnamien très bien situé. Nous avions une chambre au 7ème étage avec une vue splendide sur la baie, le port et les îles. Chambre confortable avec climatisation et Wifi. Petit point négatif de la douche; L'écoulement étant mal placé la douche mouille jusqu'à la porte de sortie. Lit dur, pas de drap de dessus et problème d'hygiène car la couverture-couette sans housse n'est pas pas changée à chaque change.

Au retour du Sandy beach Resort nous sommes retournés à cet hôtel pour une nuit et profiter de Cat Ba town. belles chambre avec vue magnifique au 4ème étage. Demandez une chambre se terminant par un les autre ayant pas de fenêtre ou une fenêtre sans vue. Le petit déjeuner compris est moyen. De nombreux restaurants disponible sur le port tout près.

Das Badezimmer war nicht wirklich sauber und die Wasserhähne in einem merkwürdig oxidierten Zustand. Insgesamt eher etwas nachlässiges Managment.

Khách sạn view đẹp và phòng rộng”

Điểm cộng của khách sạn là phòng rất rộng rãi thoải mái. Tuy nhiên phòng tắm không được sạch và tiện nghi lắm. Nếu đặt được phòng ngay sát ban công thì có view rất đẹp. Tuy vậy giá phòng có vẻ đắt hơn so với thực tế đặt trực tiếp với khách sạn.

khách sạn tạm được với giá cả nhưng thái độ nhân viên quá kém. đồ ăn sáng thì không thể chấp nhận được. có cảm giác không muốn đón chào khách chở lại? nói chung là không nên quay lại ks này.

Хорошое сочитание цена качество. Прекрасный вид из окна, очень отзывчевый персонал. Хозяин хорошо говорит на английском. Завтраки легкие. На выбор яйца или блинчики плюс напиток. В целом хорохая кухня, причем с не дорогими ценами для Катба! Номера довольно чистые. Единствено очень жесткий матрац.
