Friendly and nice staff, from reception to cleaning, I felt that everyone there wanted to make the best of my stay . I would definitely stay here if I come back to cat ba .

Nice clean hotel”
The hotel was good at a budget price. Clean, friendly staff. Some staff struggled with English but I got by. Situated just up road from sea front close to everything. The only issue I had was with there being no hot water but the whole resort seems to be being developed. There’s building work everywhere. So maybe most hotels struggle with hot water. Worth it for a cheap price.

Okay for the price and nice host”
The blankets felt a little weird since they seem more like a day blanket than something you cover yourself to sleep in. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was finde for 2 night and the price.

Dirty ”
Staff were friendly and location was in the centre however that wasn’t worth it for how dirty the room was. When we arrived there were long black hairs on the bed, no sheet or duvet to cover yourself when sleeping, except for a damp smelling yellow throw, ANTS were crawling all over the toilet seat and the drainage in the bathroom was so bad that if you had a shower it would take longer than a day for the floor to be dry again. Although it was cheap, i’ve stayed in similar priced hotels and got a far better experience.

The only good thing - it was cheap”
We have got the room for a very cheap price. I don’t know who would pay more for the hotel. The beds are spacious and room is light. We would get fresh towels every day. But the bed cover was stinking after bad drying. The stuff did not make any effort to be friendly or nice. There was a family/friends gathering when we arrived and it seemed nobody was happy to see us. The laundry was given back to us unfolded, so I had to fold it my self again and I think we’d need to iron some of it. The bathroom would be constantly wet as it is not smartly build to let the water leave and because the shower is just between the toilet and sink literally everything would be totally wet. Due to that the bathroom has stains and mold. The little bed lamp would have a green bulb - no idea why that would be helpful. And we have found rubbish from customers before us in the drawer. The location is close to everything. But do not expect a nice surrounding or a window view.

Definitely recommend”
This place was great! We spontaneously stayed as many nights as we ended up needing and the hotel graciously agreed. They provided free water and tea, the room was clean, and the services they offered were comparable, if not cheaper, than other services offered on the island. The only caution I would offer is with laundry. Almost all of my laundry was fine, but there was one article that was returned to me bleach stained. Otherwise, I would still recommend this hotel to all. The staff will take care of you and help you with anything you need.

Rooms were great even though the shower was weirdly engineered. Found a huge cockroach which made me scream a little but I suppose you can't help it on a tropical island. Staff was nice and did our laundry for cheap so it was a good stay overall.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The breakfast in the morning is delicious and always made fresh! The woman who works behind the desk is exceptional! She went out of her way to help me fix my future bus and hotel bookings! Highly recommend!

At the least, I was trying to check in and she was trying to sell tours, but after 8min we finally arrived at the room and unfortunately, didn't have hot water, but it isn't a problem, we can survive 17 degrees, right?

Esta bien, sin mas, cogimos habitación con vistas y eran vistas a la ventana de enfrente (mejor elegir al jardín) lo peor la humedad, no demasiado pero se nota, el olor del ascensor también a humedad o no se que. Desayuno bien, alquilamos moto... echa pollo y más cara que alrededor pero bueno. En general bien. Bastante nuevo y agradable

Hotel in Nebenstraße, Saubere Zimmer, schneller Laundry Service, zu dem besten Strand (Nummer 3) in Cat Ba geht man etwa in 15 min. Sehr freundliche Managerin - hat uns am Abreisetag in einem Zimmer hinter der Rezeption duschen lassen, als wir vom Strand kamen

Preis/ Leistung ok ”
Für maximal 1 Nacht ausreichend. Das Bad war sauber aber die Dusche total verkalkt. Die Betten Stein hart und das Frühstück (eigentlich konnte man aus 4 Optionen wählen, an unseren Morgen gab es nur die vietnamesische Variante oder Toast mit Marmelade) war nicht besonders genießbar. Wir haben anschließend einen boattrip gemacht und somit war es einigermaßen ok. Würde aber (wegen des Bettes) und der extremem hellhörigkeit und Rücksichtslosigkeit der Hotel Mitarbeiter (Gekreische ab morgens 6 Uhr) nicht wieder kommen.

Für den Preis in Ordnung ”
Nette Gastgeberin, doch die Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Auf dem Bettlaken waren Haare und das Bad war ständig überflutet da der Abfluss für die Dusche in der anderen Ecke des Badezimmers ist. Frühstück war OK. Vielleicht sah es in den anderen Zimmern ja anders aus, für den Preis jedenfalls, haben wir nicht viel erwartet.

新蓋好的飯店，位置比較偏些在巷子內，如果拖行李箱會比較不好走因為都是上坡 房間新穎跟照片一樣，但有奇怪的香味不是很喜歡 櫃檯人員親切願意幫忙 有電梯 價格超實惠
