价格比我前一天贵，结果房间卫生，设施等完全比不上。隔音也超差，晚上还能听到隔壁打呼噜的声音！

Tôi đặt 4 phòng ở đây vào ngày 21-23/6, đã trả tiền phòng qua agoda, nhưng khi gia đình tôi tới trể, ( 2 gio sang)thì phía khách sạn đem cho người khác thuê, và kết quả là chúng tôi ko có phòng, chúng tôi gây với họ , thì họ đưa phòng tập thể 5 giường, ( nhưng tôi đã book qua agoda là 4 phòng đơn) , và giá phòng của của phòng này rẻ hơn chúng tôi. Hy vọng phía agoda nên hợp tác với những khách sạn uy tín, để khách hàng chúng tôi được phục vụ tốt. Bên khách sạn còn nói là chán làm việc với agoda, nếu chán thì đừng bán cho người ta,
