Staff is overwhelmingly courteous, pleasant and professional. Response time always immediate. Help in taxi, day trip and recommendations. Fabulous. I love them. I loved our stay here. I would recommend it strongly. The location is outside of town. Very comfortable. If you want to stay in town and have the constant buzz of the city, not your place, but it’s so close to town and so inexpensive to get there. You can always go for the buzz and then retreat to the resort. Perfect, perfect. Perfect.

This hotel made me wanna go back to Hoi An. It is a really beautiful and yet cozy place. The room was also super nice. If you're hesitating to book, that hesitation will turn into delight upon arriving at the hotel. The staff especially are kind and professional. Even the safe guard is so gentle. When checking in, I was served by the manager Ms. Anh, and she was very helpful and offered the best hospitality. The access to the old town is quite good, too. They offer a shuttle ride to the old town and An Bang beach. Using a grab, it takes only 10 mins to get there. I wish I could have stayed longer in it.

First of all, they upgraded the room for free. A room that is too good to deserve It was nice to be able to change it at no extra charge, and the breakfast was so delicious. The pool is nice and the staff is very friendly. I definitely want to revisit again. There is also a hotel bus. It was also convenient to move. It is a very nice accommodation. I'm really sorry for the late review.

Perfect Choice for Hoi An”
You can meet the wonderful people, breakfast and room in this nature friendly resort. Location doesn't matter because you will be provided with free shuttle bus and a couple of nice local restaurant and cafe at walking distance. Whenever I come back to Hoi An, I will stay here.

Friendly and Helpful!”
It was magical this hotel. The buildings look like they are in a middle of a jungle, it's quite aesthetic. The rooms are spacious but not very sound proof, we had asked for two beds but they assigned us to a king bed but we called and got our room moved right away. Because it is very remote and quite forest-y there was a bit of a musty/humid smell in the room, but it wasn't horrible. Breakfast layout compared to our hotel in Danang (which was cheaper) was a bit dissapointing because this hotel cost more and we expected it to be better because it is a resort (not just a hotel) but it wasn't better - it was quite average. The front desk was very helpful and very friendly as well! You also get fresh fruit everyday which makes you feel very treated :) The free shuttle to/from Old Town isn't as often as you would think, I would suggest that you stay in the other location near Old Town if you plan on staying out late. We couldn't get Grab taxis in Hoian. Free bike rental was amazing, we got to explore a bit of the country side and see buffalos!

The resort is nestled in the midst of breathtaking rice fields and I was blown away by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Despite some aging facilities, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The picturesque surroundings and the kind staff made for a truly memorable experience. We travelled here at the end of Dec with my family including three kids and had an excellent stay! The staff are spectacular at caring to every detail, the pool is amazing, the beds are huge and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this resort. Plus the hotel offers a shuttle to Old Town and the beach which is a plus.

I went there to celebrate my anniversary and they remembered that i mentioned and gave us a really nice memory. Im sooooo touched. Although the location isnt that good if you go there to relax i think that is the best choice. Also it is not that far from beach and old town

We (my 3 children and me) had booked one night in this hotel, coming from a first one downtown and intending to spend another 2 nights in a 3rd hotel closer to the beach. After half a day, we cancelled the last hotel and decided to finish our stay here. What more to ask? Great rooms, spacious, very nice staff, nice pools. The location is slightly remote, but they provide the bikes, you can easily rent a motorbike, there is a shuttle bus for the city, also quick and easy by taxi. The price was like the hotel, great! I could complain about the rooster in the morning - which has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, but even that was handled nicely by the staff, asking us every morning about our night and trying to find ways to make us happy. Loved it!

It was my first time to stay in resort and I love it:-) Room was very clean and staff was very kind. I highly recommend this resort! I think it’s better than some other 5 stars hotel. I really enjoyed room service at the first time, but when I ordered beef burger again, the bun was very chewy:( It’s a bit far from ancient town and beach, but it didn’t matter. Cuz they offer free shuttle and it’s not that expensive take taxi(about 5-60,000 vnd)

It was my second time to visit Hoian. Last time I stayed in Danang so I just looked around Hoian only one day. So this time I wanted to stay there n enjoy more. First of all, I was impressed that this resort replies well whenever I asked. And also all the workers tried their best to make customers comfortable. While I was staying there the weather was not good coz it was rainy season. And I asked heater which I didn’t expect that they will have. But right after the resort brought me so I could have a good sleep. Also everytime after make up the room there are various fruits in the room which the resort offers. It was so nice and my son enjoyed. Thanks a lot.

It has a quite and beautiful scenery. The receptionist is very kind and friendly. There were not many guests, so about 90% of the rooms were empty this time. It would have been nice if they showed sense of room upgrade.
