Nice, clean, good location, friendly family! ”
Wish we had stayed here all 3 nights in Hoi An! A short, 5 minute walk from Ancient Town, Hoi An Heritage Homestay is family run and very comfortable. We appreciated that the staff quickly cleaned a room out for us so we could check in early. We also had fun talking with the owner’s brother at one point. Nicest room we’ve stayed in for the price. Classy furnishings, high ceilings, pretty multi-panes windows, modern bathroom, room full of light. The next door neighbors run a business catering to basic tourist needs. We got our laundry done through them, rented a motorbike for only about $6/day, and booked a taxi to the airport for a reliable, set price.

I love being here!”
This hotel is as lovely and picturesque as Hoi An! We didn't expect such a comfortable and big room with balcony to such a reasonable price. The king-size bed here has so far been the most comfy bed we've ever slept on during our trip in Vietnam. I'd give the bathroom 5-stars, as the water pressure was so strong and the warm water and the rain shower worked trouble-free! They even prepared free (drink) water and fruits in the room for us! From here it takes only 3-4 minutes walk to the Hoi An ancient town. And don't forget to try the famous chicken rice Ba Buoi nearby!

Great location, nice neighborhood, helpful staff”
Just a few minutes from the Hoi An Ancient Village, the homestay is located in a quiet neighborhood with a mix of posh hotels, inns and local residences with shops and eateries. We had a lovely, spacious corner room with balconies facing the road. We got free fruits daily. The staff and owner were really helpful and nice. Love this place.

Value for Money”
Big room with good cleanliness. Good price USD30/night for a family room with 2 queen size bed. Walking distance less than 10 minutes to Hoi An Ancient City. Homestay pretty close to eating place , SPA & massage and grocery shop. Set Breakfast selection only limited to bread (with egg) and noodle but taste good. We like omelette the most.

You really should consider staying here”
This is a lovely Guest house that is very close to the old town of Hoi An. It is amazingly well priced and you will find the staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. I was there 5 nights and truly enjoyed my stay, the room was well appointed, very clean, bright and comfortable with a sweet balcony out through French doors that was shaded in the afternoon, so I was able to enjoy sitting out there. The area is undergoing an over all improvement with some upmarket hotels either open or under construction.

Exceptional”
My room had 2 windows which I like a lot for the cheapest room I paid for. It was near Hoian ancient town, and Ba Hoi chicken rice. The homestay owners were very friendly and helpful. They lent me their bike to go to Bai Bang beach. There were baked coconut cakes, water and fresh bananas if guests needed snack. If there is shower cap, and the pyjamas are cleaner, it would be perfect. I was happy with my staying here.

Everything was perfect!”
The room is cozy, bed is comfortable. Staffs are really kind and friendly. It takes less than 10 mins from hotel to Japanese bridge on foot. Breakfast was also good. I tried 2 of 5 different foods and those were good. There are some places under construction around hotel in the daytime but it was quiet at night. I'll definitely recommend here if my friends visit Hoi An.

Delightful Homestay”
My family and loved this place. It was comfortable & cozy - a home away from home. Staff were so friendly, helpful & welcoming. Rooms were clean, with modern en-suite bathrooms. Great shower! Breakfast was simple but delicious! Only a few minutes on foot to the Old Town. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Hoi An.

Heritage Homestay: great location, friendly staff”
We are staying at the Heritage Homestay for 10 days. This is a great place to stay with attentive staff, plates of fruits everyday and genuinely nice family. Good location a few blocks from Old town. Nice coffee shops around the corner(BoBen). We recommend for someone looking for nice place with inside courtyard.

Reviews are not quite accurate!”
Owner is very friendly, staff has limited English, good rates. When we checked in, the toilet seat had urine stains, was leaking and the movable shower head was not working. Cleanliness is not top and could do with some improvement especially with the room floors and corners. Towels could do with some extra cleaning as it smelt musty when we dried ourselves and had to get it changed right away. Ask for change of towels if it smells musty even before using. Breakfast menu is limited to a local dish or baguette with omelette, scrambled eggs or fried egg and local coffee and tea. Pictures of homestay were very well taken and we were a bit disappointed it did not look like that when we got there but all in all, we were quite happy as the location is very near Hoi An Ancient Town and shops.

Nice place”
Nice hotel with nice staff. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff brought us fruit and water daily. We were able to rent motorbikes and bicycles next door making it very easy to get around town. Nothing exciting in the immediate area but easy to get to old Hoi An by bike or walk.

A charming homestay in a great location”
This homestay is simple charming. I got the big room on the second floor with a French window and a balcony open to the small garden with trees. What an amazing view especially in a sunny day!! Unforgettable!! Good wifi. The place is around 8-10 mins walking distance to the Japanese bridge, and the owner is super nice - they even give me breakfast despite that it's not in my package (they said because that I paid for a triple room, but stayed on my own). The experience couldn't be better. Highly recommended!!

Clean, very close to the old town”
We had a very pleasant stay! The house is new and very clean. The room was big, with a fridge, with soft matrasses and a big clean bathroom. We got free water every day and fruits delivered to the room. The stuff was very friendly and helpful unfortunately just one girl speaks english. We absolutely recommend the homestay!

Great location, and bright spacious rooms. A perfect quiet place just outside the ancient city, with bicycles included. Would never stay anywhere else in Hoi An.

Simply great. ”
We had a pleasant stay. The owner were very helpful and nice. Great Vietnamese bread and fruits for breakfast. Motorbike can be rent from the neighbour stall (somehow connected to the homestay) and the bikes AND helmets were in a very good condition with fair prices. Highly to recommend

Nice homestay in a decent location”
We enjoyed our two-night stay at Heritage and would recommend to others. Location was fine except for all the construction going on and as its a busy corner lots of noise from the street early in the morning. Breakfast was good but limited (no juice!?). Our room was big and spacious with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Owners were nice and attentive.

Decent but don't expect anything”
Decent homestay it is actually called Di San homestay in case you need to tell a taxi man. Staff are nice and friendly although the friendlyness until i declined tours is a bit weird. Room was big and nice, bathroom big but the bed had ants and spiders so i had to spray my mosquito reppelant which worked. Room booked for 2 people and only one bad quality towel given. No amenities supplied. Location is good 5 minutww walk from ancient town and 5 minutes other side to the country. No sleep however very early everybody is screaming and shouting. Early check out and staff did offer breakfast.

Value for money”
Location consider slightly far compare with others (because a lots of hotel/homestay is surrounding Night Market & Japan Bridge), takes about 8-10min walk to Japan Bridge & Night Market. Maybe because of this reason, the massage/saloon nearby was slightly cheaper than attraction area... This homestay not much facillity but the room & bathroom is big & clean, air-con, water heater available. Mattress & pillow very comfortable to sleep. A few convenience stall is nearby too. The staff although not well in English speaking but very nice and polite. Day trip or Danang/Hue transfer is provided with reasonable charges...
