THE BEST!!!”
How wonderful when you get so pleasantly surprised. This family run hotel is a diamond. This family is the best...smiling constanly and always helpful. Rooms very big, some with a roofless shower and a wonderful pool. Only 10 rooms so you get a very cozy feeling. We will only stay here on our yearly trip to Hoi An...look no further...this is the BEST. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL TIME

This place was really nice. Staff very sweet and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean with a small balcony. Pool was refreshing after walking around in the heat. Motorbike for rent in best condition. We highly recommend this place!!

We could not fault the Hoi An hideaway at all; the staff are amazing and so welcoming. They went above and beyond for me as I was unwell and they contacted a doctor and even lent the money to me so I could pay him! The rooms are beautiful and the pool area is lovely. The food is also delicious and good value for money! I would definitely recommend Hoi An Hideaway to anybody looking for a little bit of luxury in hoi an. *****

Perfect”
We stayed here 6 nights the week before Christmas 2018 and had a perfect stay at Hoi An Hideaway. The hospitality of all the friendly staff could not have been better, they helped us with our airport transfers and a couple of tours that we done during our stay. Breakfast was superb with a large variety of food, they even got up early and cooked for us on our last day as we had a taxi booked for 06:30 Rooms and Pool area was clean Very good value for money James & Georgia

One word: beautiful”
It's a small hotel in quiet zone but just 10min walking distance from the centre. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great and the cozy room is amaizing (very big room, very big bathroom, open air shower). The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was great, also.

Very enjoyable stay”
This is a cute little hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are clean and very big. There is also a pool which we didn’t use. Hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood area which is only approx. 10min walk away from the old town. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely little Hideaway ”
Super little hotel in a beautiful courtyard garden setting,very peaceful location only 5 mins walk across the bridge into the old town. Spotless rooms and comfy, not hard beds. Good breakfast too. Staff really helpful and lovely. A couple more sun beds round the pool would be my only suggestion!

Huge villa for 3 persons”
I love this villa - huge bed and toilet/shower room. The ambience is relaxed and quiet. But to go here you have to walk a bit from Old Quarter, if you do not know how to bike like us. I love everything except their breakfast. Even if you're booked for a tour (usually 6am pick up), they won't serve you bfast as they serve it as 7:30 am. Won't even give you bread or leave it in the fridge. Also, they quality is just bad. Far from the good food you can try in Old Quarter. Also, the receptionist should try harder to be more pleasing. Her English was not good and you'd see the she lacks training.

Overall this hotel was good value for the money. My only complaint was that the soap provided was very small with no soap dish to put it in when showering, also shampoo comes in plastic containers that are very hard to open when showering.

Tranquility steps from old city ”
Perfect location. Far enough for peace and quiet, but so close you can walk to all the action in minutes. Beautiful room, grounds and pool. But the best part is the staff. So nice, helpful and kind!!

Definitely stay here”
The highlight of our 3 week holiday in Vietnam. Amazing staff, great location, very quiet and away from the busy streets. My wife and I and two boys aged 7 & 14 loved this place. Short walk into town over the bridge. Swimming pool made it the perfect place to stay. Best omelette I’ve had in my life for breakfast each day. We initially booked for 2 days but immediately booked for another 2 straight after we checked in. Loved the outside shower and bath (still under cover). Highly recommend. this place. Enjoy.

Better options are available in ancient town”
Breakfast was good here but other facilities/services require much improvement. You could tell they tried to reduce costs by providing cheap amenities. Welcome drinks, umbrellas, coffee were not provided as per description. Soap bar was tiny and never replaced although we stayed for 5 nights. Hot water here never lasted more than 5 minutes. There was a strange grinding sound which lasted all day and next door the roosters crowed all night making sleep difficult. On rainy days, the lanes in front of the villa are filled with deep puddles. For a similar rate, better options can be found closer to ancient town or the beach. We won't be returning here on our next visit to Hoi An. Don't go here unless you are looking for really budget accommodation like under $30. For a few more $, you can find much better options.

Quiet Location and Decent Room”
It’s a good place if you want to be away from city noise. It in a pretty quiet location. It was pretty hard to find this place at first for grab driver and car to get in and out but car can still go in. It’s in the aisle way so meant for motor bike etc...the only negative about this place is internet connection was bad. We were having a bad time trying to FaceTime or browsing the web. Sometimes it would kicked us out during the day/night. Unstable connection and not enough WiFi repeater around the building. Staff were very friendly

A Warm Welcome!”
Wow what a stay in Hoi An. This villa is tucked away but in a fantastic location from which you can easily walk or bike to most places. Our room and bathroom was clean and very comfortable and the pool was extremely well maintained. All of the staff gave us 10 star treatment! They went above and beyond to support us in organising trips, making recommendations and ensuring our trip was everything we hoped it would be. Every morning we were greeted with their warm smiles and a beautiful breakfast. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!
