Value for money. More for the young travellers”
Rooms were magnificent. My 1st hotel in Vietnam to have a bath (wonderful) and a pool. As I said more for the younger traveller. Pool in constant use and can b a little loud on week ends but never a real issue. Staff were very helpful and obliging with any request. Motor bike rental at the door for sightseeing and tours easily arranged loved the breakfast with more traditional Vietnam food but a chef present to make omelettes, scrambled eggs on request. Overall a lovely place to stay for a few nights.

Really nice!”
Everything was good, rooms are well equipped and the location is perfect, just in the middle between the beach and the old town. We had a very big family room but then we got a leak in the pipes and they moved us to a really small one. We did not liked that very much, but taking into account we were hair there to sleep it was perfect. Breakfast is good, bicycles too. However I felt the staff was not as nice with us as expected. Besides that, I would really really recommend it! Thanks!

An adventure!!1”
Arriving at my room, I was greeting by a strange smell which become slightly better after the air conditioning. Got in the bath to take a shower and noticed it was seesawing up and down with a thud each time I moved. While not a huge problem, it did give me pause to think about the people downstairs. Turned on the shower and no hot water came out no matter which direction the handle was turned. Had a cool shower which was not so bad considering the heat outside. Got out of the shower and noticed a cupboard under the bathroom sink, it seems that there is boiler there with a button to push so after trying to push a few times, I rechecked the water and it seemed that now hot water was at least being produced. Finishing my shower, I checked the room for a safety box - none could be found which perhaps should not have been too surprising as reception had taken our passports on arrival. Of course a safe in the room would have given more of a sense of security. Decided to access the internet and realised that there was no sign mentioning the wifi password. Called reception, taking a random guess this was '0', and managed to get the password. Twenty minutes later when leaving the room, I tried locking the door with the key to no avail, pushed the buzzer on the room next door where a friend was staying and it caved into the socket on touch. Called reception again, this time about the door, and was advised to just click it at the back and shut the door heavily. This time it worked, hurray. Overall the accommodation was definitely 2 ~ 3 star experience however reception was helpful. Small irritations like the door, wifi and shower I feel could be easily resolved if some efforts was made to explain any potential issues to guests on arrival and to do a bit of maintenance. The location was ok but as others have mentioned skipping the charge for the bicycles would be a welcomed move as would adding a safe to each room.

Not as expected”
6 persons villa is strictly for 6, extra bed cannot be added. We got a room without window so the room has some bad smell. And the sound proof system is not so good so it was very noisy, and the bed is quite hard, some of my friends had hard time to fall asleep but to me was still okay.

You get what you pay for”
This was an average stay for us, the prices were great but remember you do get what you pay for. Really dark rooms with funny smell, the bathrooms were filthy. The pool area was nice and it was probably the only thing the hotel has going for them. Location wise is okay, there are closer hotels to old town - But it wasn't too much of a bother as it was only a short ride. As mentioned above, if you are seeking budget prices, you get what you pay for.
