Breakfast was my main meal of the day as I was not able to find food that I knew I could eat. I loved the selection of fruit and green vegetable. Brewed coffee is included. The hotel is very close to Zhangmen brew pub. I recommend this hotel

It got everything you need for staying over night with a very fair/good price. No parking, but you can find street parking within a block.

Close to all Hsinchu has to offer. Five minutes to Hsinchu Station. Staff are very friendly. Pretty good hotel for the price. Room had a loud hum eminating from the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cheap ans xheerful”

While HM is a fairly basic hotel it has all you need for a short stay -walkable to town’s main railway station, clean, reasonably sized rooms, decent wifi and super friendly staff. I’d requested a window as I hate rooms you need have the light on in all day and when I arrived they went out of their way to show me two with quite a large one. The (Chinese) breakfast is better than at many places.

Friendly staff and Great location”

Rooms are clean at affordable price, staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Good location, near to train station, easy travel to town area from this hotel. Facilities such as wi fi are available in both rooms and lobby. Hotel are well maintained for the cleanliness and felt comfortable to stay in this hotel.

Good location in downtown”

this hotel was good for its price. Breakfast is not so Europeen, more chinese. Cable tv and internet. No phone calls with the hotel phone.

We arrived in the middle of the night, the day before our reservation was supposed to start, and all the rooms that were the same rate as what we paid for were occupied, and there was a very difficult language barrier between us and the staff that was there during the night, but he accommodated us with a VERY nice room and did not ask for extra fees, and we kept the same room for the time we stayed there, no extra charges, and they were very helpful and nice...

with the valuable price, the location is good for business trip , restaurants around, but the rooms are really small

Disasterous”

Hotel was on the 11th floor of a commercial building, apparently refurbished from office to hotel rooms. Checked in @1500hrs, Room was just behind the partition wall of the dining area. On opening the room door, a heavy smell of stale cigarette, everything was old. Left room immediately after placing luggage and did not return until about 2300hrs. Then discovered in the bathroom, wash basin was mounted on a steel bracket and the shower area was a 1/12 ft climb over the bathtub which was not workable. Bed sunk in. Lucky fo us, it was just 1 night enroute north.

Comfortable Room at a Budget”

部屋代が安かったので到着するまでは心配だったけど、部屋は広いし（毎日の清掃も手抜きがない）、ベッドもクイーンサイズで大きく、道路に面してないからか騒音も無く静かで毎晩熟睡出来ました。バスタブもあり、アメニティも充分過ぎる程供えてありとてもコスパが高いいいホテルでした。朝食の種類も多く、３泊して、毎回おかずやフルーツなど少しづつ変化があり飽きずに美味しく頂けました。　またレセプションの方4名ともとても感じがよく、親切で接客態度も日本のホテル並で色んな質問にも必要以上に調べていただき、回答・対応していただき、おかげで初めての新竹訪問をとても楽しむ事が出来ました。ロケーションもどこに行くのにも徒歩でこなせ、地方院が目の前、その隣は新竹市役所なので迷うこともありませんでした。　スーツケースがあった為、駅からはバスを利用。2つ目の地方院のバス停でおりたらホテルは道路向かいです。　このホテル滞在のおかげでまた新竹をゆっくり訪れたいと思いました。その時は100%このホテルに再度泊まりたいと思います。
