Pleasant stay except for a few hiccups.”
The location of Suasana Suites is superb. The 2 bedroom unit we had was ok. We have no major issue with the unit except some serious odour coming out of the the common bathroom. We practically had 1 bathroom to use for our entire stay. Hope the property owner will do something to prevent future unpleasantness to staying guests. The floor was a little too dusty for our liking too. Other than the above issues, we're pretty happy with it our stay. Being right next to Komtar provided us with great convenience.

Superb stay ”
The apartment is superb. Staffs are really helpful and very patient to attend to our requests. There was a time that our child accidentally locked the bedroom door, the staff come all along the way from her house to the office (to grab the room's key) and come over to our apartment. Really appreciate the effort made. Aside, it would be lovely if the apartment provide us with washing machine, rice cooker and daily cleaning/housekeeping services (likely hotel services). Aside, we do appreciate the effort of providing us the food for breakfast which is awesome but as we were with a kid and an elderly at that time, the food is likely not suitable for them. But it is ok, as the are plenty of restaurants nearby. Hence, we enjoy our stay as we gain full access to the pool and carpark (access card provided).

Acceptable”
Room no 1007 was unclean and lacks many things: 1. It appeared that the room has not been cleaned for many days. The floor was dirty 2. Bathroom was smelly. 3. No soap was kept inside bathroom. 4. There was no tissue paper in the room. Only toilet paper was available. 5. At night cockroaches started coming out 6. Living room and kitchen had ants 7. Kitchen did not have any facility to make tea, even though it was supposed to be serviced apartment. 8. The towel and cleaning scrubber were old and smelly. 9. Iron board was a very small board 1.5ft long - just for name sake. 10. The check-in process is cumbersome and staff were not reachable. The only positive point of this room was it is about 4 min. walk from city Square mall and Komtar mall.

I have already inform the apartment and will be late for check in before I reach the apartment location I start to contact the apartment customer service but nobody pick up the call or respond to me when i reach the apartment location also the same keep on calling also no respond so I left the apartment waited around and hour if i not wrong then I get the respond from the apartment by the time I already check in another hotel i didn’t check in to this apartment I won’t recommend guest who have late check in to book this apartment the customer service is very bad.

The worst experience ”
Room: very dirty! lots of mold and dirties, and furniture cracks everywhere. The bedsheets didn't change!!! The smell of the room very bad! Aircon not working well. No towers no shower liquid, I will nvr choose this hotel anymore! Checkin procedure very troublesome, wait for the agent reply quite long and spend additional time to figure out how to open the doors (every room has different way of open). The lift in that hotel is bad also. You don't know when the lift can go up to your level! You will stuck in any level of the building. Location : only good thing of this place.

Definitely good and value for money ”
Initially I was abit suspicious when they asked for a copy of my ic over whatsapp. I offered to present upon arrival instead but they did not have someone to check us in, we had to take the keycard from the letter box. I emailed my details via agoda instead. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant.

Totally worse accomodation with a lot of fcilities undlne and prepared. With all the water leakage unrepairable and Technician not fulfill with the work. Strongly not recommended for other traveler to residing it.
