No guard during arrival, waiting almost 1 hour outside, phone number given are not reachable. Apartment look scary, abondon n creepy especially during night. Few block dark n muddy. After waiting almost 1hour we decide to find another hotel to stay. Luckily we just book for 1 night for working trip. Not recommended to stay.

A pretty good bang for the buck”
We stayed for 3D2N over the Boxing Day weekend of 2015....the condo is excellent value for money if one is not fussy about creaky beds and noisy air conditioning. The condo has basic appointments but has a good location for food and shopping if you're not inclined to hire cars that are almost falling apart at jacked-up prices dirinya the holiday season.

Locations is good, but you need to have a car. Room is not comfortable, dirty and there is problem with toilet and aircon. It's just acceptable. If you want to have a very very clean room, it's not suitable for you to stay here. The condo is resident apartment, they actually cannot rent it to traveller to stay here, because there is no license, no security, no reception, no 24 hours service and even house keeping. There only got apartment policy. They just let their staff to handle and manage the room. So, young guy and young girl must be careful and pay attention on that. Staff for the condo is quite friendly and kind. They do everything very quickly.

We have rent a pent house at Kondo Istana, the space is big but the room condition and the toilet was not so clean and the air conditioner not cool enough. So, i wont recommend any of my friend to stay at this place.

Good location for shopping in Kuah”
Located beside HIG commercial centre. Good place to stay if you planning to shopping here. The apartment is an old building yet the room a clean. One shower head is crack and it sprinkle not onto you but to the wall. Hope they fix it soon.

Nice Budget Stay for group of 11 pax”
The only matter is the security lady who took care of swimming pool.. We all wore swimming attire to enter the pool but this lady stopped us and told us that only blue or black color cloths is allowed to enter the swimming pool.. We told her that we are wearing swimming attire and this is safe to swim and the color doesn't help us in anyway.. But she seems to not understand what is swimming wear and keep repeating about the blue & black color clothes.. This was really very bad experience for us.. I hope the management educate all this people.. Thanks

Good place for family or bigger group and value for money BUT the management need to be more efficient in term of providing services since there was no permanent staff to counter proposed when in needs, check in was a bit late due to unrediness of room available. Towel only got at 4.00 pm, no proper kitchenware for cooking, drinking and eating as the facility are limited. The usage of chip for boomgate accesss was not effectively brief and every chip needed a deposit of RM100 each. The pool and gym was not avalaible when needed and had an impact on children motivation. The rest was okay

The apartment is not well kept. 1. Bathroom door;broken. 2. Bathtub; came with holes and mouldy. Not able to use the tub 3. During showers; dirty water was slow to go down the drain 4. NO WIFI in the apartment. Even outside there was no wifi eventhough you were 'connected' 5. This seemed to be like a private apartment. So do not expect services like those given by hotel-apartment. 6. Swimming pool only open after 9am. 7. Only 1 lift was working 8. Pillow was very hard (i prefer soft pillow) 9. One of the room's bedsheet was also torn and of the wrong size so it kept on coming off the bed. But sheets were clean. 10. Would be nice if the owner could provide with a place to hang my wet clothes as the hanging line in the bathroom was broken, the apartment balcony had no place to hang my wet clothes. So i ended up having to pull the dining chair out to the balcony just so i could hang my wet clothes. 11. The only good thing about this apartment was the aircon as it was working perfectly.

1. The mattress is not comfortable. 2. The Toilet no heater and dirty 3. The air-cond is so noisy and temperture cannot be control. 4. The unit got unpleasant smell. 5. The kondo lobby is dirty and no maintenance at all. 6. The swimming ppol water col is yellowish. Surely wont't recommended to friends and won't consider for next trip. It's not value for money.

1. The lift not functioning well which can threaten my safety (the lift will be sunk when loaded more then 5 people) 2. The apartment wall is leaking 3. The kitchen cabinet and tv cabinet surfaces was peeled off. 4. The refrigerator , wardrobe , side table , partition look creepy and old 5. The ceiling of bathrooms are peeling off and seem like to be falling down soon 6. Bathtub was crack and feel danger 7. The apartment and rooms smelly and feeling restless 8. TV is old and bulky type, photo is shown LCD TV 9. The facilities are dirty and dusty 10. No permanence staff and cleaner

i read an old reviewer about this place and i faced the same problem. nobody can call for help. waiting long time to get the key it is very expensive i expected at least the apartment will be in the upper floors but unfortunately it was in the second floor. no facilities
