Great location. Very near/walking distance to restaurant such as Chinese foods and Muslim foods. There is a Japanese restaurant nearby too and also free-duty shops selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and chocolates. The property owner is very kind, all the necessary things are completed and well maintained. She even ready some rubber bands for us to use. Great Stay!

OVERALL IS GOOD BUT TOILET AT THE LIVING ROOM,THE FLUSH CANNOT WORK WELL.NEED TO PUMP MORE WATER INTO THE TOILET BOWL DUE TO THE FLUSH PROBLEM.

This apartment considers quite old, the rooms (203)and facilities expected to be old too. Floor a bit dirty, but we managed it. The elevators were observed without regular safety inspection certificate. Unsafe condition.

the room/unit which I rented was quite clean, apart from water leaking from the master bedroom's ceiling. The apartment's surrounding/compound looks really run-down as if it has been maintained for years

one of the room is quite smelly and the spider web on the window, but overall is good as it's located at the town area, staff is helpful enough as we keep connected to each other through whatsapp. and housekeeping is provided.

We are totally dissatisfied with the apartment.”
The apartment is not up to our expectation. The management is not helpful. We booked a 3 rooms apartment on 23 Dec 2016 -24 Dec 2016. Upon arrival, we were told that the apartment can only accommodate 10 person including baby. I have told the management that we have 3 families consists of 6 adults and 6 children aged 4 to 14 yrs old. But we were not allowed to check in due to the number of people. The person in charge then request me to book another hotel nearby. He did not pass the key to me unless I agree to book another room nearby. We have no choice but to book another hotel for another family. Once we entered the apartment we found that the apartment is not equipped with the necessity for example: toilet paper, toiletteries. The air con were not cold even though we put them on full blast 16 degree celsius. We were very disappointed due to all this matters. I hope that Agoda will not recommend this apartment to other travellers.

Our stay was overall very comfortable. Though I never got to meet the owner but she was very friendly and always made herself available to assist us. A big let down was that the common toilet had 'leftovers' and that made the toilet very smelly. But after a few flushes it was alright. Another issue was that there was no toilet paper, but that was settled very quickly once the owner told us where we could find it. However someone should have checked prior to us checking in. We requested for pillows and the owner was nice enough to bring us some. Our stay could have been perfect if they had wifi. Maybe something they should look into. Otherwise I highly recommend this place.
