Please note that: A security deposit of 200 EUR for incidentals needs to be paid at arrival. This deposit will be returned within 3 weeks after check-out, minus any deductions for energy consumption and any damage caused to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 10 EUR per person per stay or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use, within 3 weeks after check-out. Up to 2 pets are allowed Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. NOVASOL will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
