Exceptional”
This was our first trip to Susukino, Sapporo and selected this hotel by the recognizable name, Holiday Inn. The location was excellent. It was in the heart of Susukino and walking distance to the train station, major city sites and shopping centers. The room was a bit smaller than I am use to in the U. S. but it was extremely clean. The hotel staff were not all fluent in English but there are one or two that spoke enough to get your message across. They were extremely hospitable. I would return stay there again.

The hotel location is very good, can walk going every where. Many resto and convinient store around. Room very clean n compact, staff very helpfull and nice. Shall come back and recomend this hotel who would stay at susukino sapporo.

Large room near Airport Limousine Drop off ”
The room is larger than most in Japan. Acceptable price, near airport limousine drop off point. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff was helpful, speak good English. They helped me find taxi and explained where we want to go to taxi driver, gave useful information about Snow Festival, gave us early check in at 11AM.

Excellent stay”
We stayed 1st 2 nights of the entire trip and last 2 nights. We stayed in the Standard room and the complaint about the rooms is both do not have any views. There is a window but opens to a wall virtually. So we had no idea at all what's the weather outside. Otherwise, everything else is excellent, esp the location.

Great location - accessible to subway, shopping, f&b, night live, etc. Near to Airport Bus Stop too. Price is reasonable for such hotel. Room is small but common for Japan city. Only problem is we can hear people talking at the corridor, and will be disturbing at night.

Perfect location, clean room, friendly staff”
We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 nights stay at Holiday Inn. Restaurants, bar, family mart are all within walking distance. Few blocks away from Tanukikoji Shopping Street. A lively street if you are a night person. It has direct bus to airport located in front of Sushi Zanmai, just 3 mins walk from the hotel. Staffs are very friendly, and very accommodating allocating us two rooms next to each other on a non-smoking floor. Decent room size (Japan standard), we are able to put 1 big 28" luggage and 1 small 20" luggage without needing to adjust much. Bathroom comes with a small bath tub as well. Toiletries are provided. In room wifi speed is strong and fast. Room is very clean, hotel provide housekeeping service daily with 2 bottles of complimentary water (if you are IHG members). The room is also looking very new, but judging from the toilet structure, it could have been a refurbished unit. Very comfortable bed with 4 pillows provided. Overall, a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

the location of this hotel is wonderful for those who know sapporo and those who don't. It's close to the subway and night life, but walkable even from Sapporo station, especially from Odori Park. Great food all around, but things don't open until 9:30 am at the earliest.

Considering this is Holiday Inn, I would have expected more.... The room is cramp , and the shower pressure is pretty low. They are stingy with pillows as well.
