lousy staff”

The one from the resection did not give us the room that it was and we told her and she said no that is more expensive I showed her the photo of the one I reserved and she did not care she sent me to the small building without a view of the sea and I paid with a view of the sea The hotel is good. Too bad the staff don't know how to treat people. I don't think I'll come back. She was very rude. That was just my problem, but I do recommend the hotel. Good luck with the staff.

Beware!”

Service subpar, no real sense of issues from front desk. No internet as per desk on 8th thru 10th floor.no room clean up during the day. Landscapers started with blowers and weed wackers 7:30 AM.
