Super Clean and Friendly Staff”
The room feels... safe 😊 and super homey! When booking a hotel, we always consider its cleanliness as we have a baby that we are protecting from covid-19. Holiday inn did not fail. Our only issue was the late check in time. Dumating kami sa hotel before 2pm, they let us in sa room, 2:45pm na but the Manager compensated us a free coffee/snack at the Lamisaan.. great customer service though 😊 All staff are friendly also! Always smiling! Had a great stay in this hotel and we will definitely go back

The staffs are really pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are really clean, comfortable and spacious. We just got breakfast included during our stay, I must say the food that we ate at the buffet are all good. Ample parking. Very accessible to nearby location and landmarks. Would definitely love to stay here again, whenever we visit to Baguio soon.

We stayed in a 2 Double Bed Standard type of room. It was spacious enough for our family. Beds are comfortable. Room and comfort room is clean. We used the electric fan only due to hotel’s restriction at that time. But infairness, we did not feel uncomfy / hot inside the room because the weather is good. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros- new hotel, clean, staff was good,friendly and efficient, the breakfast was good. Cons- a/c you can hear it blowing but it does not cool room. We could never get our room cooler than 24 degrees Celsius. The light in the bathroom is on a sensor and we kept having issues with the lights cutting out during showers.

Yes. I will def recommend the hotel. Staff were really hospitable. Had a challenge with our room key. I think it was the hotel sales manager who Passed by and heard i was having challenges. She helped me out after i showed her my ID. Reservations, FO and Housekeeping were great too! Operations are always smiling (yes, i can tell even if there wearing face masks) Attended to our requests, calls and needs accdgly. The signature holiday inn hospitality was def felt! ❤️

The Holiday Inn Baguio does not appear in our GPS (car), fortunately we have waze to guide us. There is still one more issue, my husband who is a smoker ( uses IQOS) cant find a smoking area in your hotel. Hope you can fix this. Thank you

Pros: good location, close to tourist destinations Hotel is still new You’ll get quality rest after a day of travelling the city Cons: check in was slow, we arrived at 3:15pm and they said the room was not yet ready. Was able to settle in our room almost before 4pm

I fully recommend Holiday in, inspite of these problems: 1. Basement parking is small, hard to get-out when in full capacity, but the guards are so helpful. 2. I went to dining area to take my breakfast at 9am, I runout of main dishes but the staff are all accommodating, hopefully there are allocations for all the guests.

AMAZING STAY”
We had an awesome stay. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and spacious and not to mention the technology used for the switches now are touch screen. Breakfast was good, though for me they can add a bit more. There were no pancakes on our day. But all in all it was good. We will definitely be back!
