Traveling from US, even with plug converters, my hot curlers and blow dryer wouldn’t work. The blow dryer provided was very poor design and only able to be used outside of bathroom. Huge contention, the door to bathroom had to remain closed as not to set off fire alarm and there was no fan in bathroom so mirror fogged up even if showering on cold water setting. Staff (front desk & housekeeping) was very pleasant & made a real effort to provide us with information and things we needed like wash cloths, aka, “flannels”. Gal from food service area went out of her way to give us directions to Southend for a proper day at An English seaside. I wish I could remember her name because she was lovely. Lastly, because this is a social & business venue, the nightlife gets quite loud and will wake you up. There was a very unpleasant fight that took place in front of hotel & no one addressed it by calling police. It went on & on & on & kept us up. Following night, similar incident.

Good location stone throw from the motorway. Food good Shower a bit dated but apart from that only okay.

The hotel suits our needs as it is coveniently located near Brentwood School and High Street. There is some renovations onsite so you need to accept this.

Locked out three times from my room, just a mumbled apology at first. Took over 15 minutes to contact reception by phone. If I'd been ill or some other emergency it could have been serious. Breakfast plentiful but lukewarm. Great location for business meetings in the morning but I won't be staying again.

Выбрал этот отель, потому что приехал на спортивное мероприятие в Brentwood International Center. По уровню, отель лучше, чем другие в округе, но до Brentwood International Center дороговато на такси 8-9 фунтов! В Англии, вообще, " дороговато на такси" куда бы ты не поехал, но' в данном случае, альтернативы нет, так как автобусов по этому маршруту я не видел. Завтраки традиционно английские! Я люблю, по этому "мне вкатило"!:) Но если вы не признаёте сосиськи, бобы, яйца и бекон, придется кушать хлопья с молоком и тосты с джемом. Интернет 5 фунтов в час...:) тоже неприятная мелочь... Номер был просторный чистый, ванная комната тоже порадовала. Один кран со смесителем, вместо традиционных двух с горячей и холодной водой!!! Уже прорыв!:) Впринципе, наверно опять остановлюсь там, потому что в округе нет альтернативы.
